Fantastic experience with I & A Roofing. The crew did an excellent job replacing my roof. They ensured the work area were clear at the end of the day, debris was cleared, tools and supplies were nicely stored. Grant and team were helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. We just got a new roof put on our house by I and A Roofing. I think I am really picky when it comes to work done on our house, but I have to say I and A did an excellent job. Our roof had quite a bit of hidden rot in the plywood above the eaves and in the face boards under the gutters. The I and A crew replaced all the rot and I was especially glad they let me paint the fascia boards on the ground before they installed them in hard to reach places.
They did a beautiful job installing the flashing around the chimney and where the roof meets a wall, they paid attention to all the important details, asking about an exhaust vent that was not connected to its roof hood, and carefully reinstalling and shingling over the tie downs I had put up before.
Most importantly they left the yard and decks cleaner than they were to begin with. Our roof looks great. If you want a great roof installation at a very reasonable price, I recommend you call I and A Roofing!
