I’ve been trying to call to get limos booked for my wedding, but they are very unprofessional in their communication… I was referred to them by the Hyatt Regency because I booked block time for my wedding there. However, every time I call I get the run around from Rick.
I asked to see the party bus & my wedding was 3 months away. He kept telling my he was going to call me back & that the party bus may not be available to see etc. I was very flexible with time & even offered to take time off from work in case they only had the cars to show us around the morning.
So I ended up seeing another company & went with them.

The best !!! The limos are new and very clean and the service is top of the line !! The drivers came on time — well dressed — with great manners !! Mark is a very fair man and reasonable with his prices. He was more concerned with my wedding day going smoothly than making a profit!!! highly recommend this company !! Much gratitude maria B

They maintain a fleet of the most modern brand new vehicles which come fully stocked! Their ability to shift with changes and adapt to the constant delays is remarkable and the client never has to worry since their great staff monitors it all for you.

I rented a trolley & rolls Royce for my wedding and they were beautiful! However, mark of elegance is extremely unprofessional in the way they deal with their affairs. It seems as though there is no contact between the different members of the company have 0 contact with each other.
Our original pick up time was set for 11:30 at one location, but we had to switch and change the time for 12:45. 2 weeks before the wedding we confirmed this time with one person, Ricky. A week before I emailed Sally just to be on the safe side. She leaves me a voice message (from an unidentified number) that she has the pick up at 12:00 @ to email her again. I do and tell her, pick up is at 12:45 & «NOT 12:00! 12:45, close to 1:00» were my exact words. «Great! Congratulations,» she says.
The day of my wedding an extremely rude driver calls me at 12:00 and says he is at my grooms pick up place. He says he already spoke to my groom and my groom said the pick up was at 12:45. If you spoke to my groom, why are you calling me as if I don’t have enough going on?
He demanded his deposit at the most inopportune, inappropriate time after the ceremony. Then, we get to the reception and are taking pictures and my bridal party comes out and he says «whatever you are thinking, forget it; it’s not happening. I’m already 45 minutes into overtime.» Actually, I have a contract that said overtime started at 4:45 & it was 4:30. Rude & unprofessional! So now I have no pictures of bridal party with trolley.
The only reason I have a 2^nd star was bc the vehicles were nice & my rolls Royce driver was a sweetheart! He was extremely pleasant and professional and helped with my veil, petals, and pictures. Thank you sir. :)

What a great experience!!!
I rented all the transportation for my wedding through Mark of Elegance. The cars arrived at the house pick ups at least 15 minutes earlier then when they were requested and the bus was also early for the hotel pick up. Our guests were impressed with how the bus driver helped them on and off the bus offering extra care to our elderly family members. The cars were clean and fully stocked with sodas, alcohol and ice. From start to finish everything was perfect. I want to thank the drivers for a superb professional service. I highly recommend this company and will definitely hire them again.

We rented a trolley from Mark of Elegance for a wine tour this fall, and everything was so excellent. Marc and his staff are so friendly and accommodating. Any phone calls and emails I had were returned promptly. They are a pleasure to speak with! Best of all, the service itself was exceptional. The trolley arrived right on time and was SO COOL. Our driver Clayton was amazing– so professional and also great fun. As for the price, it was the best I found after calling around for several hours. We will definitely be going with Mark of Elegance again for our next event like this!

Celebrated my daughters sweet 16 and called Mark of Elegance to set up a bus to transport from my home to the celebration. Mark was the BEST. So professional! He told me not to worry about anything and boy was he right. His driver arrived on time… and stayed on site until the party ended for the return trip. With the stress of making a beautiful party for my daughter, Mark made this part so easy… .Mark and the staff at Elegance are A+++++++++ in my book!!!
