Cal State HVAC

Well here is their first review. We hired them to do a job 2 months ago they came out and did part of the job but never completed it. We forgot about the second part of the job until we realized we didn’t have heat. After several attempts of calling and leaving Voicemails we finally talked to someone. We explained the situation and were told to expect a call back… nothing. The next day we played the same game. After 1:30 minutes of waiting I called back and I was told to expect someone by 5:00pm and again… nothing. No call no show. So the next day I called and again. This time I was told to expect a call back… and again nothing. So the next day I call back and I get the same run around as always and I’m told they can have someone to me on Monday. So no heat and I can just deal with it until Monday I don’t think so. A week of nothing and now I should wait longer? You don’t deserve my business at all.
