I downloaded this Unilocal app specifically for the purpose of writing this review. The employees here are incredibly nice, the work they do is high-​quality, and they don’t charge you for removing or adding links after they’ve worked on your watch once. I was thoroughly impressed and I would recommend anyone who needs any watch repair to go here.

I have broken my watches, come there to repair. The workers are really knowledgeable, they repaired them quickly. And the price was so low that I was a bit shocked. I saw beautiful watches they sell. I do not why, but I decided to make a present for my wife and bought new watches for her. The workers helped me to choose, told the whole information about the watches I was interested in. so I had a very good experience there and now I recommend this place to everybody I know. If you need new watches or you need to repair the old one– the Little Shop will be the best choice for that.

I needed to replace a watch band. Searched the internet and went to a few watch shops, but no one had something that fit the watch. These guys did. Fast. Inexpensive. Quality work. Will be back if I ever need watch repair.

I dropped my watch the first day I wore it and was devastated because I chipped the face of my Skagen watch. The Little Shop was able to replace the glass/​crystal face much more quickly and at an affordable price then mailing it back to the manufacturer. The work was done well. Glad I brought my watch here!

Took my vintage 1958 Omega watch in which is an important family heirloom to get serviced. The case leaked and their was a bit of rust on the pie pan face and it wasn’t working. They told me their was nothing they could do for the face but they would service it. They charged me over $ 400 (about 25% of the value of the watch) and it was working when I picked it up. However that didn’t last long and it was no longer working within a month. I happened to meet someone who noticed my vintage watch one evening and told him of the incident and he recommended a watch repair shop (individual owner). I took the watch to there and he not only repaired the watch which the LWS failed to do but he also repaired the pie pan face rust damage and the watch looked and worked amazing… oh and he charged me $ 175 to do this. I own a couple of vintage watches and have used the same watch repair shop several times to service/​repair these watches with excellent results and very low costs.
It was a horrible experience at the Little Watch Shop which was not only expensive but had very poor results. This was a vintage watch perhaps they are better at newer models but my experience was bad enough to urge people to avoid this place. Search for other watch repair shops and you will find the top places with better rating and higher reviews. I don’t know where the LWS high ratings are coming from but they are definitely undeserved.

Nice to know that they are there even if you haven’t been in years. Service is impeccable.

Customer service is phenomenal. The prices are a tad high but its worth it. Had a battery changed and a link taken out.

Put a new battery in hubby’s Burberry watch in less than 10 mins for $ 13.50. Nice people, quick and affordable (at least with the simple stuff).

I went in to have my seiko repaired (was a wedding gift to my mom from my dad)… The service was fast and friendly. While I waited for an estimate, I spotted an adorable vintage nicolet bracelet watch which was on consignment for $ 485. It fit perfect and I fell in love. The sales lady brought the price down to $ 440 and I was happy with my $ 75 quote for the seiko repair.
I’ve been coming here for years for simple battery replacements but this is my first purchase. I’m very satisfied with the inventory, service, prices and quality. I highly recommend this little gem of a shop to any timepiece wearer, from a simple work sports watch to high end collectors.

Mom gifted me a watch and since I have disproportionately small wrists I knew right away I would have to get it resized. Tried looking up a few DIY YouTube videos and the furthest I got was stabbing myself a few times with a thumb tack. Following day I decided to Unilocal a few watch shops and this one popped up. After reading the reviews I decided to give it a try and definitely don’t regret. Friendly woman at the counter had me try on the watch, gave it to a gentleman behind her and told him to remove three links. Five minutes later I was back in my car with a perfectly fitted watch. Service was friendly, fast, inexpensive and easy. Definitely recommend.

I love this place. It reminds me of the old shops seen in the movies, a quaint little house on the corner. I’ve gotten watch batteries, had string of pearls restrung, had several of my jewelry pieces repaired, even purchased small pieces to do some repairs on my own. They have a good selection of watches in addition to a few gift-​type items. Service has been great. The repairs are done in open view so you can see that everyone is working.

Can I tell you that is a great place to bring your Jewlery or watches. I came in today to size a watch, and the services was quick! The staff is very nice and helpful! I didn’t plan to make a purchase, but I have been looking for a watch that I lost and this place found it! They called a watch dealer and had it in stock. I placed a order and I am super glad that I came here!

Was here for a battery change. The guy at the front said it would be 5 mins and 13.5 after tax. And it was done in about 3 mins. And they even set the correct time for me.

Great place to get battery changed or a new band for a watch. Customer service is amazing and they take about 10 minutes to do everything in a timely manner (get it? Haha) I’ll be coming back all the time when I need something. Ask for Shawn, she’s great!

Great, fast service. I needed a new battery for my Tag Heuer watch. Upon calling the Tag store in the galleria, I was told they do not change their own batteries and would have to send it out. 3 – 4 week turn around. They also couldn’t quote a price to me. crazy!
I called the Little Watch Shop, visited, and received back my watch in less than 24 hours. I also got the watch cleaned. All of this for under $ 50. They called me when it was done so I didn’t have to wonder. The construction on the street can make it a little tricky, but there is a back drive shared with the restaurant next door that you can drive through.
I was impressed that when I asked about cleaning/​internal service to my watch they said to not get service done until it stopped working. I appreciated that they didn’t try and sell me services that I didn’t need. I’ll definitely be coming back here for any services on my watch!

Wanted to like this place but they botched my bracelet repair. I wouldn’t go back.
Came here for them to reattach the lobster clasp on my bracelet and shorten the size. They attached the clasp and then ended up removing too many links from the bracelet and in the wrong place on the chain (!!!) making it too small. The links cannot be reattached so I was left with a bracelet where the clasp was just an inch or so from the charm in the center. Not happy. I went to another shop on Shepherd, Green Dragon, right after to fix the mess; I was too horrified here to risk them making it worse.
Full disclosure: they told me they were afraid removing the links would put the charm off center. However, based on the bracelet construction they definitely could have done it, it just would have required them removing links from both sides of the charm instead of just one side. It seemed to me like they didn’t want to go through the effort to do it properly.

This review will not be for a product or service, but rather their friendliness and willingness to teach.
Here’s why I visited their shop: I recently received a new Tissot watch so that «I would stop wearing that damn hipster watch in business school.» Point taken. There was only one issue – it came with a kind of clasp with the band that I had never seen. I have no qualm in admitting to my ignorance about this. Unable to tinker with it and figure out how to put it on, I decided my time was better spent going to the experts. Even though this was the day after the great memorial day flood of 2015, their shop was open and happy to have me. They coached me through how to work the clasp and talked through the pros/​cons at a conceptual level. They even offered to convert the band to a traditional type should the clasp prove too onerous.
Even though it was a limited interaction, the gentlemen at The Little Watch Shop made me feel very welcome. Their shop is incredibly clean and tidy, which is not always the case with experts. If I have issues with the watch or questions about future purchases, I will happily return.

Should have written this so long ago, as this has been my go-​to place for watch repair for many years. Just came in yesterday, and again, received excellent, courteous, quick service at a very fair price. Can’t ask for much more than that!
Yes, Shepherd is a mess right now, but you can navigate through some side streets. Worth it!

This watch shop was awesome! I wanted to replace the band on my boyfriends very nice burberry watch, for something he would wear more. So I kidnapped him and took him to The Little Watch shop based on the Unilocal reviews.
We were helped right away, they took one look at his watch and showed us all the bands they had that would fit. There was a large selection, and my very picky boyfriend found one right away. They immediately changed the bands, and even changed the other hardware on the band so that the metals would match.
We were in and out in about 30 minutes. The new band cost me about $ 80. They had some for $ 30 all the way to $ 200.
