With over 30 years of combined experience, Legendary is proud to be a family run business with an exceptional team of employees. Jason and Taft started Legendary Doors & Windows in Orange County, CA in 2010 by posting ads on craigslist and knocking on doors. Nearly 5 years and a couple thousand satisfied customers later, Legendary Doors & Windows is now one of the highest rated and recommended window and door installers in all of Southern California. Legendary Doors and Windows is the best! Not only was the price great but the service from the initial quote and measurement to the installation of the windows. All of the employees that I worked with were professional and extremely knowledgeable. The custom windows were installed ahead of schedule. I couldn’t be happier. They also have a custom showroom where you can see the products. I have already recommended them to a couple of my close personal friends who are also very happy with their windows.

We changed all our windows and installed bigger French doors and sliding doors at our house. The work included retrofit, reframing, and new construction. Legendary did a wonderful job installing all of them. The work was finished in 3 days as expected, the work was done extremely well. The stucco and the new drywall around the new door look super clean, I could not be happier. Taft and Jose’s Team were the best, listening to my concerns and explaining the whole process. I regret that we didn’t do this sooner. I would recommend them to anyone who needs new windows.

These guys were awesome from start to finish. We had 3 other window companies quote our windows, and after talking with Jason for 15 minutes, we know they were the right guys for the job. He priced it right, sells quality product, and knows his stuff.
The quality of the install and products were both top-​notch. The installers were timely and courteous. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I used this company to install retrofit style Milgard windows on two sides of my house. Their pricing was great and they completed the whole installation in one day after the windows were fabricated. All of the office staff and installers were very friendly and professional. The windows that they installed look like a new installation and there is no way to tell that they retrofitted them. We were able to continue to use our plantation shutters and we did not have to paint or repair any stucco. I would definitely use this company again.

I couldn’t be happier with our windows from Legendary Doors and Windows. The install was quick and it changes the entire look of our house. Jose Arzate and team did an AMAZING job on the install and we look forward to having him install the remainder of the windows. My only complaint is that I wish we had enough money to do the entire house. Such a quick and painless process. Michael Guntrum, Wes Whitney, Jose Arzate and the entire team at Legendary exceeded our expectations. We used a big home store before for a window install and it was such a hassle. This was just so easy. I would easily recommend them to anyone wanting windows.

Appreciate companies who address issues, even through communication break downs. Legendary has done that, in regards to the paint issues we had. We are on track for our install and paint in 2 weeks. The paint company Doors and Designs has been helpful in addressing the issues we had with Legendary and they both seem to be on the same page now. They are working through our budget and I am surprisingly happy with how they are working to satisfy each customer.
I am looking forward to seeing our new doors and fresh paint– will post some pictures once the jobs complete and give a final review, hopefully that’s helpful to future customers.

Happy to give legendary a final review. Doors went in and painted by Doors and designs who they outsource work to. Isaac did a wonderful and professional installation job and Troy for D&D did great paint work.
I would use legendary again in the future and would recommend them after seeing their work and how they do want to satisfy their customers, even through miscommunications.

Legendary Doors and Windows far EXCEEDED our expectations every step of the way from the minute we entered their showroom until final installation.
We began our new front door purchase with Paul Friday and immediately knew we had found the right place. Paul guided us expertly through the entire sales process and his professional knowledge and expertise guided us to choose the perfect door package. He ensured us that the quality installation would be «top notch». And it was. And the final price was extremely competitive and LOWER than expected.
The craftsmanship and professional work ethic of Isaac and his team during the installation phase was superb and was equally matched by Troy English’s artistic vision and beautiful staining of the door and moldings which made our new front door more stunning and beautiful than ever imagined.

This review is long overdue. Jason Hopkins was amazing!!! His customer service was excellent and his consideration for our financial constraints was remarkable. He treated us like friends and made every effort to make our process easy. He also gave us wonderful referrals on places to go for flooring and carpets. Jason & his crew were WONDERFUL!!! –polite, professional, efficient… They included extras at no extra cost (replacing dry rot at base of slider, upgrades on slider uv protection, —too many to list.) Referred them to a family member who is also very pleased… So happy with our new windows!

I shopped hard for my replacement windows and was very happy with the knowledge, price and service I received from Michael and his team at Legendary! We went with Milgard Tuscany series (for the lifetime warranty) and the labor fee was the most competitive, because they have «in-​house» installers. We had all of our windows and slider done and they were installed in a day & ½, they cleaned up after themselves and made sure the glass was clean also. I would give these guys serious consideration if you are in the market for windows. I would have no problem referring these guys to any friend or family. We will contact Legendary when we re-​do our front door also.

We needed 13 windows in our house replaced and after getting a few quotes, including through Costco, Legendary came out as the best quote by far. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful. My husband and I were having trouble deciding which type of window and install to go with so Legendary provided us with a list of addresses they had done the windows for so we could drive by and see their work. This was a huge help for us in deciding what to choose and we greatly appreciated it. The install for 13 windows only took one day and Jose was a pleasure to work with.
The following week after some rain we noticed a leak on one window and called Legendary about it. Jose came out soon after and looked into the problem which had nothing to do with their install or the window, but he still helped us figure out what the issue was. The staff at Legendary went above and beyond what I had anticipated and hoped for. We now have beautiful windows in our home and had a great experience with this company. We would highly recommended this company to all our family and friends.

Great company! Legendary recently installed new windows and a slider in our TV room. We are so happy with our new windows, and also with the workmanship and professionalism displayed by the Legendary employees. In addition to having great employees, Legendary’s prices are very reasonable. We had obtained a few different quotes for this work (and for the same brand of windows) from various contractors, and Legendary’s estimate was the most reasonable by far.
If you are looking for a contractor to install new windows in your home, I would definitely recommend considering Legendary Doors and Windows. A big thank you to Christian, Isaac, Taft and Joyce for helping us out and doing such great work.

Legendary was one of my choices for window installers as a result of their Unilocal reviews. I scheduled an appointment for the morning and Michael arrived on time and did some information gathering. He promised to email the estimate within a couple of hours. I didn’t receive the estimate until 11pm. That in itself is not a big deal, just worth mentioning. It is also worth mentioning that Michael was on time and professional.
After getting two more estimates, I decided to go with Legendary. It was not easy to reach Michael directly to schedule an appointment for the final measurements. I proceeded to call the main office. The person who answered the phone called Michael, which allowed me to reach him. Michael then told me that he would have someone call me that same day (a Monday) do schedule an appointment for the final measurements. I finally received that call on Friday.
I told that person that I had already moved on to another company and that I no longer need their service. Within a few minutes Michael called me to apologize, and proceeded to explain that this is not typical of the company. Although I do not recommend this company, I do believe that my situation is not typical of Legendary Doors and Windows.

My experience with Legendary Windows was great from start to finish. We had three windows replaced in our master bedroom. Michael came out to give me a quote, Taft came to do final measurements, and Jose and Isaac came to do the installation.
Everybody was on time and courteous.
I am happy with the way my windows turned out. Their bid was the best of the three that I received. I don’t always go with the lowest bid as I consider all the factors.
Like all the other reviews said, Jose is fantastic. Super nice guys that does great work. Would definitely recommend this company.

Legendary Doors and Windows installed four milgard windows and a sliding patio door for me earlier this month. Of the vendors I researched and received quotes from, I decided to go with them because they had competitive pricing and were the only ones that were able to get my custom windows done within about two weeks from me placing my order.
I just have to say that Jose is absolutely wonderful. He installed my windows with great professionalism and a great attitude. I was really pleased with the customer service he delivered and how we went out of his way to fix the stucco/​paint around the sliding patio door after it was installed. The work was completed in half a day, they did a good job cleaning up, and the windows and door were so nice and beautiful.
The only reason I have to give them 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the hiccup that occured with my initial quote and the front desk messing up on my installation schedule. My overall experience was good enough that I would use them again, and I’m sure next time they will have fixed these issues by then.
