Studio B Portraits is best known for «You On Your Best Day» photographic art. Our beautiful, modern studio is located just 5 minutes from Bellevue in Issaquah on Seattle’s Eastside and our entire team is focused on creating a one of a kind experience for you. Business Owner

Photographic artist Brooke Clark is the «B» in Studio B Portraits. She recently appeared on King 5 Television and is a featured contributor for 425 Magazine. Her work has been published in campaigns for Disney and the pages of GQ Magazine. She credits her editorial «looks like a magazine» style to her years shooting for Ford Models Los Angeles and currently enjoys specializing in fashion-​inspired senior pictures, modern family portraits and business headshots.

Had my senior photos taken at Studio B and I don’t regret it one bit! Loved the quality and variety of the photos and being able to be one of the first to show the Polynesian culture to those at Studio B. Love love love Brooke and would definitely recommend for a once in a lifetime experience.

I needed professional head shots in 2009. I had not gone to a photographer since the 1980s. I hate taking pictures and I really don’t like posed pictures. I was so impressed with Brooke. I paid to have my make up done and it was worth it. She pumped up some music and I relaxed. I had so much fun. She captured what I needed for the website I was developing at the time. Pictures were available online within a day. I’ll need new head shots within the year and I’m returning to Brook and Studio B.

Having photos taken for your business and website that’ll will be used for years can be a very nerve racking process, and that can easily show through in the pictures. My brother and I were immediately at ease here and knew we were in confident, professional hands. Amazingly funny! Whole process was easy and fun, and we were both genuinely happy and laughing in the photos which can’t be faked. Already recommending this place to all my friends for anybody that needs professional pictures taken for any occasion. Wish I could give 6 stars! Knowledgable, top of the line equipment, fun, relaxed, on point.

After having such a positive experience with Brooke during my son’s Senior Portraits, I decided to book her for a family photo shoot. Despite the fact that we were a bit frazzled upon arrival, Brooke got us all organized and into the right clothes to make our photos really work. Each of my sons has a very unique personality, and Brooke managed to make everyone comfortable and really capture the essence of us all. Amazing experience from A-​to-​Z and the boys were very positive about the experience. Even our dog had a great time and made new friends! I have worked with many photographers over the years and Brooke brings a unique style and approach that is very welcomed and highly recommended!

Brooke is incredible! Yep, I’m one of those people who detest getting their pictures taken. Brooke puts you at ease and even made the experience fun. Most importantly I really like the photos and had a few really good options to choose from.
I also think her prices are reasonable, especially given the high quality of her work.

Brooke is an amazing photographer and our pictures were great. Brooke told us the digital files we received were ours to use however we chose. However when we tried to use one for graduation invitations, we couldn’t use them because of her copyright and the very low resolution. When we confronted Brooke about her misleading us, her answer was that «it was in the fine print.» Very disappointing. Know what you are getting and not getting before you sign and read the fine print.

Hands down, Brooke is amazing! I had a shoot with her a few weeks ago & loved every second! No matter what age, she always makes you feel comfortable & at your best! Love, Love, Love Studio B! I’ve gone three times — twice for professional photos and once for family! I love Brooke because she encourages you to be creative with your clothing — not just boring black clothes or white clothes. You don’t feel like a statue during the photo shoot — she just lets you be you! Brooke brings out the best in you and your personality comes through in the photos. There is no one better in the business! I love the music playing in the background and can’t say enough good things about Brooke and her Studio B! She is great with working with little ones during family photo shoots and somehow gets great pictures even with kids who cannot be still for a moment. You will love your pictures and your experience!

Brooke did an AMAZING job at putting my son at ease during his photo shoot. Quite frankly, I think he actually really enjoyed his time with Brooke & her fun/​talkative male assistant. THEN, we saw the photos! Wow! Seriously, Brooke has an eye for GREAT photography. Just go to her webpage to see what I mean. The photos speak for themselves. You get what you pay for. If you want out of this world, professionally done, magazine print quality photos – then Studio B Portraits is your place. If you wanna go to the Issaquah train depot or the water front and have a friend take pics because it’s cheaper, then do it. But I guarantee you that you will WISH you would have gone to Studio B.

Wow! My photos came out so great — Brooke is really wonderful at what she does.
I showed up with a gallery of images that I wanted to emulate, as well as examples of what I didn’t like. Brooke really listened to what I wanted and executed my vision to a tee.
I recommend reviewing all of her blog posts and preparing for the photo session as she recommends, That really paid off and I would not have done it if I hadn’t carefully reviewed all of her past blog posts.

Plain and simple Studio B is the best photography studio for any of your photography needs. I brought my son here for his senior photos, and well let’s just say his life changed overnight. He literally got asked to prom, by a girl he never even met before just from seeing his photo. He basically looked like a model. After that happened I was convinced I had to have Brooke do my head shots for linked in. The day of the shoot she did a fantastic job. She provided many options inside and out. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Studio B has won my business for life!

I had the best experience with Studio B. They are worth the price you pay!!! Their studio is beyond cute. You feel like you are in a loft studio in NY. I was referred here by several friends that have used Studio B for both Family portraits and linkedin head shots. Brook and the studio B team is incredible. They make everyone look amazing! Brooke is so easy to work with and makes you feel at ease. I call her a miracle worker. Her pictures all belong in magazines! She has an incredible eye and will get perfect shots. She can help coach someone who’s not use to being in front of a camera. I did a linkedin shot with her and plan to bring my family in for photos. Studio B rocks! Everything about working with them was great. Tried them out for my business head shots and loved them! Brooke is great to work with so I definitely wanted her referral for a wedding photographer. As luck would have it, Studio B offered (they are just launching Weddings By Studio B). I was extra excited that they were able to shoot my wedding (the photos were everything a girl could dream of) I feel very lucky to have found Studio B!
On a side note: I have never liked getting photos done. I always felt uncomfortable and shy in front of the camera, now I WANT more reasons to get photos done! Highly recommended even for the shy types :)

We have used Brooke at Studio B Portraits for our high school Fashion Show the past three years and year over year we are thrilled with the results. She makes our everyday high school student models (non-​professionals), look professional and she captures the essence of their beauty inside and out! She has a fantastic eye, an ability to capture the best moments and skill to compose the best shots even as our models walk the runway.
I’ve been in the marketing industry for years and have worked with a lot of photographers, so, I know a good photographer when I see one. Hands down, Brooke is top notch.

I had seen some of Brooke’s work from friends. But had to do my research! I looked at approx 10 other high rated photogs in San Fran and SEA. I was looking for a business «head shot». I was very surprised — I looked at the other 10 head shot galleries, saving Brooke’s for last. It was a 3−4x step change in quality. So I booked– went in at 10:30 AM, had my gallery back by 5 that day. Made my decision the next morning and has final that afternoon.
What do I mean by quality
— she catches you as you like I did not see to nearly the degree as other shots
— she shoots many angles and you get comfortable to be yourself, after 3 minutes I was relaxed and not a Cheshire Cat
— she is very thorough up front on what you want to use the photo for-​and uses that extensively when taking the shots
— she’s not heavy handed-​if you want a «Glamour Shot» I wouldn’t say don’t go to her-​I just told her that was what I DID NOT want (fans blowing and all). I wanted me and that was the product I received! Personally I’m turned off by the overly photoshopped not a single wrinkle, blemish etc. I told her that and she is an artist-​truly, at decision making in that regard (but she did have a great canvas to work from ha ha ha!!!). If there were more stars– I would give them. I live in SF and waited until I had a visit with my sis in Seattle to set up appt
