Meet the Business Owner

Marc W.

Business Owner

Marc started making homemade rhubarb sherbet with his daughter, Celia, when she was five years old. They started selling their product in a local farmers’ market as a project to teach Celia math and customer service skills. Since then, Marc has opened a café with his wife Jessica Paris, where they serve espresso, baked goods, lunch items, and handmade ice cream. Marc is excited to launch his ice cream cart in the summer of 2015 to bring his rhubarb sherbet and other delicious flavors to more visitors and residents.
