Claire Nails Salon

Awful… one of those places that rush you out when a new customer comes in. Generally went you get a manicure you don’t just get lotion rubbed once own your arm… you actually get a massage. I’m so tired of nail salons like this… I’d rather paint my own nails any day then spend $ 15 on bad service that rush you out before your nails are even dry.

This place is great. It’s very clean and the ladies are very kind. My daughter and I were lucky enough to get Helen and Tracy for wonderful pedicures. I actually called 30 minutes before they closed and they offered to wait for us to get there even though they were closing in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Clair’s and will be coming back.

I have been consistently going to this nail salon for over a year now mostly for an eyebrow wax and shellac manicure. Helen (the owner) is incredible at her job. She does quality work in everything she does at the salon, my eyebrows have never looked so good! They were getting too thin and she helped me re-​shape them to look perfect. Also, when I get a shellac manicure, it lasts with out chipping for at least two weeks and always looks flawless. I moved from Kirkland to Fall City a few months ago and I make the 40 minute drive to Claire Nails because no where else compares!

This place is a hidden gem. If I could give this salon a 10, I would! Best nail salon service I’ve ever experienced. I’m quite picky when it comes to nail salons (I’ve been to quite a few bad places), and I absolutely love this place! Tracy did my pedicure and Helen did my fingernails, and they were all done very nicely. Helen, who owns the shop, did a great job with my acrylics. I don’t like when my acrylics look thick and very artificial, but Helen made sure to take her time and make them look thin and as natural as possible, although the shop was getting busy. Both ladies were so nice and genuine, and hardly spoke in their own language to make their customers feel uncomfortable. This was my first time going to this salon and when I mentioned that it was my birthday, Helen gave me a really nice birthday gift. The service and people were awesome, and I will definitely be going back as a regular.

I love going to this place to get my manicure and pedicure! The price is fairly affordable. After a long work week it is great to come here for much needed pampering. The owner Helen is a lovely conversationalist that makes my nails look fabulous! I definitely would return and recommend this place to everyone!

Best nail place on the east side! We moved to the east side 3.5 years ago from Henderson Nevada. I was spoiled by our salon there. They were really good! Always on time and never rude! I was super disappointed in the salons that I tried in Bothell, Woodinville and Kirkland. Rude staff! My nails were done poorly and at one place, At another I went back 3 times and waited for over an hour only to have her husband who wasn’t even a nail tech do my pedi, at another salon in Kirkland the nail tech’s 14-​year-​old daughter did my feet.
After giving up, I stumbled into Claire’s after noticing as I was leaving Fred Meyer. She was just opening and I have been going there ever since. Helen, the owner is amazing. Not only is she great at nails and brows, she is sweet, never rude and always makes sure that you are totally satisfied and happy with your services. Her staff has been great and if you call ahead she will make sure you get right in.

I stopped by here to get a shellac manicure and pedicure. I think she was the manager? The technician that did my manicure and pedicure was very thorough very sweet and meticulous. My nails after 2 ½ weeks look pretty good. I would definitely try this place again.

This place appears to make up the prices as they go along. I went in for a full set with three of the nails already gone. The pricing board said full sets are $ 25 & up, but I was charged $ 45. When I asked why she said its a ten dollar fee to take off the nails, but that would total $ 35. Also I waited 20 minutes to get the service when two employees were walking around with nothing to do the entire time. I would imagine they could have started the process so I wasn’t there for an hour and a half. With all of the surrounding capable and efficient salons, I say skip this one.

I love this place. I work right around the corner and these ladies are the sweetest ladies possible and more often than not staffed enough to be able to help out during my lunch hour when I plan my pedicures.
Helen is the new owner/​manager, and she is fantastic! I wasn’t sure of which color I wanted exactly the last time I was in (about three months ago — I am WAY overdue and hope to return this weekend) but I knew I wanted «something purple-​ish» that wasn’t too flashy. She helped me pick the perfect shade and even gave me a discount.
The facility is clean, well kept, and I have to point out that the decorating has improved drastically.
They are a very popular salon since the management has changed over, and strangely enough — it’s best if you call ahead and make an appointment! Walk ins are still welcome of course, but like most service-​based business, appointments (or at least calling ahead to make sure they’re free) are the only way to make sure you’ll be seen when you want to in your day. I know it’s a foreign concept that no one will drop what they’re doing the moment you step through the door and roll out the red carpet, but that’s just the way the place is run: fairly, with those men and women already in the chairs getting their service completed before the next walk-​in is helped.
I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this place.

So happy with my manicure!!! The manager is awesome and does an amazing job. I’m not the easiest customer and she never once made me feel bad when I kept changing my mind on polish colors and whatnot. She cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.
The other nail technician did my pedicure and did an okay job and that’s why I deducted one star.
Also, to that lady that complained when they said they were too busy: News flash, the world doesn’t revolve around you. wouldn’t you prefer they be honest with you vs making you wait for an hour and interrupting someone else’s service?

This is my new go-​to nail place! Super clean with friendly staff and totally reasonable prices. They do a very thorough massage & very careful manicures and pedicures. This is my second visit and I’ll definitely be back. Love it!

I will never go back to this place. I’ve been here three times now, only once did I receive services. The one time it did, I had my eye brows waxed and they did an ok job. The other two times I have been there, they were too busy to help me.
The first time, I went in with a friend. Both of is wanted to get pedicures. They only had one person working (or it looked that way) and they told us they just did not have time.
The second (without service) was today. I wanted to get my eye brows waxed. They were kind of busy but they asked me to come back later. Most places I go either have someone that only does waxes or they will stop what they’re doing to give me my 5 minute wax so I can be on my way.
Not impressed with any of the three experiences I have had there. Too bad for them.

Having a terrific experience here. New set, and a pedi. Sweet, talented and painstaking. I am hoping I have a new spot! Also had my brows done: winner!

The staff is friendly and sweet. Love the shellac manicure, it’s last very long. My new favorite nails salon.
