I had a broken door lock and was hesitant to fix it because of an experience of being overcharged by another locksmith company. When I called the team at Pop A Lock they were helpful and transparent with their pricing. The day of service, Justin was very professional and finished in a timely manner. Leo and team were awesome! I lost the only set of keys for my only car. It was big deal. Kids, work, groceries, and whatnot. Serious logistical difficulties without my car. The dealership couldn’t make the high security keys on site. For $ 300 I’d have a key in 4 business days. That same day the Pop-​A-​Lock guys made 2 keys for about half the dealership’s price. What A Relief!

The mechanism to our front door dead bolt broke off while locking up before leaving our house for the day. It was a Sunday afternoon and we did a quick search online to find a reputable locksmith as we’ve never needed one until now. We submitted a request for a quote online and by Monday morning we got a call back from Amy. Amy was more than helpful in connecting me with Jeff, the owner, to get someone scheduled to come out. They had availability that same day (although we went with Tuesday for our convenience) and Jeff was easy to access as far as reconfirming my appointment. Leo was the technician who fixed our lock and he did a great job. He kept us well informed through his troubleshooting and gave us different options as far as how we wanted to move forward with fixing the lock. He had it better than new in less than an hour! Can’t say enough good things about Jefferey. He was early, EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, and went WAY above and beyond to make sure I got on my way. His service call was actually for a battery jump, but he ended up helping me reconnect my radiator hose!!! Happy New Year Jefferey! Consider yourself fortunate if he answers your service call. Justin came to unlock a car for me since the keys were locked inside. He was incredibly helpful, and nice to work with. Service was quick and efficient, and the price was totally reasonable.

Jeffery came out to me stranded in a parking within 20 minutes. He saved me hours and a ton of money getting me back on the road so quickly and with such low expense. Definitely staying in the speed dial.

We were supposed to drive to Vancouver, BC from Seattle in our rental car. We were on vacation from Los Angeles, and Vancouver was the second leg of the trip. We stopped at Safeway to get some goods for the road; I put the groceries in the car and went and found my wife. She and my 2-​year-​old daughter were about 100 feet away. In that 100 feet, I lost the car keys.
Gone! Forever! I searched everywhere – well beyond that 100 feet. I called AAA, and they unlocked the car. No keys.
I called the Toyota dealer. They said that it would cost $ 245 to get new keys – and that it would take about 3 days. Meanwhile, we had no place to stay in Seattle and reservations in Vancouver.
I called Pop-​A-​Lock, and spoke to Geoffrey. He said that the next available appointment would be the afternoon the next day. I explained that we were in the middle of my family vacation and boy was my wife going to beat the ever-​loving crapola out of me. I told him about my 2-​year-​old daughter who wouldn’t understand why we were stranded, missed hotel reservations, and my desire to go to Vancouver for a happy, fun family trip. He said that he would make some phone calls and try to move things around.
He contacted Leo, who was able to move jobs around despite two other emergency calls ahead of mine. Leo came out within about an hour, and told us to go into the Safeway and relax in the AC.
Half an hour later, I get a phone call. «Hey Ryan, know what this sound is?» VROOM VROOOOM! It was the tiny engine of my tiny rental car! He had it, no sweat.
Leo is a life saver. Leo really helped my family out of a major bind. And while doing so, he was totally cool and relaxed.

Pop-​a-​Lock came in less than ten minutes when a little girl at the school I work at was locked in her car and buckled into her car seat on a very hot day. He worked quickly to get her out and was so kind. Not to mention he didn’t charge the shaken up mother. Definitely where I will be taking me business if I ever need their services.

Locked self out of apartment, $ 80 and 20 minutes later I was inside. Good times.

After a long day of work my wife and I came home to what we thought was a frozen lock. After trying warm it up and use WD-​40 we we’re out of luck. After calling around, we got ahold of Pop-​A-​Lock and they were happy to help. We were told 30 minutes and Leo came in 20. It turned out to be worse than a frozen lock and Leo did an awesome job fixing it. He was extremely fast and understanding of our situation, he even took the time to teach us a bit about the lock and the problem. It was our first locksmith experience but they did a fantastic job for us. Thanks Leo and the Pop-​A-​Lock team!

Tim came out to our house and re-​keyed our van after our keys were stolen. He even gave us a fob that he had lying around.

The dealership said I’d have to have my car towed in and then they’d make me a new key. Approximate cost $ 500 and my car out of commission till tomorrow. OR I could smash a tail light and fish my keys out of the trunk with a coat hanger. Approximate cost $ 200 plus labor, and driving around without a tail light for some unknown time until the part came in.
OR I could call Pop-​a-​Lock and have my keys back in my hand in under an hour for ~$ 60.
I did that. The technician got my keys out of the trunk of a supposedly theft-​proof 2011 BMW, defeating all the electronic anti-​theft devices and disablers. Then he put it all back together. No damage, and everything works perfectly again.
Fast, very friendly, highly competent, and affordable.
