I feel very fortunate to have found Tammy. I had a few real estate transactions (buying/​selling) previously, so I’ve dealt with different realtors prior to Tammy. I have to say Tammy is by far the best realtor I’ve interacted with. It took us almost ½ a year to purchase a home and during this period, Tammy was extremely patient with us. Each time we fly to Washington, she gave us the VIP treatment by spending the whole day driving us around to look at houses without any pressure that we must make a purchase. She set everything aside and focused her attention on us. She wanted to find the perfect house for us, not just to make a sale. Tammy is also extremely knowledgable with real estate, and if she’s not sure of something, she’ll look into it and responded back to us almost instantaneously. After we were finally in escrow, she was very thorough in looking out for our best interest. Words can not express my happiness with Tammy. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Tammy to anyone looking for a realtor.

Tammy helped us close on our new Townhouse in Seattle late May, and we can’t say enough about how great she has been as our real estate broker. She is very knowledgeable and has great connections to help us obtain a great mortgage broker, and escrow company. This house was a rental investment property for us – our very first. It was important for us to have an agent that had her own rental properties, as she was able to help us with the entire process of leasing the property out to tenants (teaching us how to list ads, screen tenants, and show our home to prospective tenants – she helped us set up accounts with RHAWA, and Landlordsolutions). Our home was rented out within 9 days of closing, including having the backyard paved and staged! She understands WA state tenant laws, and how to make sure we were compliant. She is very intellgent, responsive, professional, and has a very pleasant demeanor. A pleasure to work with and highly recommended.

We just closed on a purchase of our house, which concluded our half a year long search for a new home in a new state. Throughout the process, Tammy was personable, patient, helpful, knowledgeable, insightful, resourceful, practical, organized and honorable, all the qualities one could wish from a realtor. Her service is truly «above and beyond», as other clients of hers seem to agree. She is still helping us on many fronts (maintenance, remodeling etc) even after the closing. Particularly if you, like us, need to find a home in the area while being out of state, you cannot go wrong with contacting Tammy. To me and my family, she was Godsend!
Oh, and don’t get fooled by her sweet, lovely picture. She is indeed sweet and lovely in person, but she can be a tough negotiator on your behalf!

Tammy has been helping us in our first home purchase. After reading a lot of positive reviews in Unilocal for Tammy from other first-​time homebuyers, we decided to email her. She got back to us quickly and within a few days we were looking at houses.
Tammy is very responsive and extremely patient working with us, answering every question that we have or getting information for us. We felt like we have a friend with us throughout the process. She provided her insights on the houses that we looked at, some of which we wouldn’t have thought of by ourselves. She hooked us up with her contacts to help us in the process. We ended up going with a lender and inspector she recommended.
Tammy made the whole process a lot easier than what we have anticipated based on stories we’ve heard from families and friends. We definitely recommend Tammy to anyone looking to buy a home.

My husband, daughter & I moved from Honolulu to Woodinville. This move and house purchase would not have been possible without Tammy’s help! Tammy went above and beyond for us as we were not in the state during our inspections and transaction. What can I say about Tammy? She’s a rockstar. We initially started our search for a house over a year ago, but after having a bad experience with another realtor we put the search on the back-​burner. We decided to give it another try and found Tammy. She listened to what we wanted and worked hard to find the perfect home for us. We really appreciate how incredibly responsive and patient she was. Tammy went above and beyond to keep us informed and guided us step by step through the entire process. She has a wealth of knowledge in real estate; combine that with her high level of commitment, I really don’t think our purchase could have gone any smoother!

Tammy did a fantastic job selling my home in Redmond. Originally I was just looking for someone to rent my house since my friends realtor has rented for 3 months and still haven’t got it rented, even though she has asked me to lower down rent 3 times from $ 2900 to $ 2490. I found Tammy from Unilocal,and she asked me if I want to sell the house as well. I was a little hesitate at beginning, since I don’t want further bleeding at this time. but she suggested to do both, and within a week I got multiple offers for both rental and purchasing. it shows that how good a job marketing she does. after that, she has been attention to detail and follow the process all the way to end, and within a month I got my house sold at market price which I am very satisified. For my husband and I this was our first experience buying a home. I did some research and learned that the first step was to get a loan approval then to get an agent. So after getting the approval I called several agents that were recommended and waited to hear back and waited and waited and waited. This waiting was very frustrating for me. Our apartment lease was going to end soon and we really wanted to be in a house before then. While waiting for someone to call me or respond to my emails. I was browsing the internet for homes using Zillow, Redfin and then I happened to find this website called
. The cool part about that site is it specializes in houses selling on the east side of Washington where we were looking specifically to buy. I saw many homes on this site that I was very interested in so I made an account to save my favorites. Here came the part that surprised me in a good way. Within minutes of making this account I got a phone call. An agent named Tammy called and was ready to help answer any questions I had right then. She also asked if i would like to set up an appointment to come in and she could just explain the whole buying process if that was something I would like. That was the first reason I liked Tammy. The other agents I emailed or called didn’t get back to me for days or weeks. Tammy on the other hand I never called or emailed I just started using that website and she called me 30 mins into my searching. We set up an appointment the very next day to answer all my questions and there was no obligation for her to be my agent.
Of course I did choose her to be our agent and I am very happy we did. The very next day we were looking at houses that we were interested in. Tammy also took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for. I got daily emails from her of new houses out on the market that met the criteria we gave her. I really loved her responsiveness. Whether I called, emailed or txt there was a response same day usually same hour.
We finally decided the house we wanted was this new build after looking at the model home. I was very excited and couldn’t wait for our house to be finished. However i was skeptical about a house that wasn’t built yet. I explained my concerns with Tammy. I loved the model home but I was nervous about buying a home that was not built. So she suggested we talk to our neighbors whose houses were built a year ago on our street by this builder and see what their experience was like. She went door to door and introduced herself and us to our neighbors. She asked if we could ask some questions and we were thinking about buying a home and just wanted to know how their experience was and if they like their home and if there were any problems and how were the problems addressed. This really put my mind at ease and I was excited again. During the whole buying processes Tammy was there looking out for our best interest and making sure the builders delivered what we agreed upon. My husband and I are very passive so Tammy was great because she had no problem asking for things and being aggressive in a professional way. For example we wanted blinds installed and the builder told my husband and I it was too late to get blinds installed. We just accepted what they said. Tammy called me10 mins later and said I saw the email where the builder said it is too late to get blinds but I just called them and now you are to get them. I didn’t ask her to call or anything she just took the initiative. I felt like she did that a lot. She was helpful when she would call to ask how we doing, she reminded us of important dates, she gave recommendations when I asked for inspectors and handymen. I relied on her a lot. She was there at the walk through of our house. She made detailed notes to help us remember what needed to be fixed. After the fixes were made we referred to the notes to make sure it was done. She was always prepared and organized. She was early and on time to everything. The one time she came late we knew well in advance that she would be there 30 mins late and it was no big deal. i forgot to mention we had a newborn. Tammy was so nice. She would hold our daughter so we could go through the walk through with the inspector and the second time with the builder. She was very understanding when we were housing hunting when we had to take breaks so i could feed or change my baby. She is a mom too and she remembers those days.
To sum up I would recommend Tammy to anyone because shes reliable, knowledgeable, Aggressive, Helpful. The whole time I just felt like she really cared and wanted us to be happy.

I have worked with Tammy on many transactions and want to let you all know you are getting a fantastic agent! I have seen how Tammy gets her hands dirty and gets the best deals for her clients. She has negotiated to get the seller to pay all the closing costs on transactions. She has gotten extra money from sellers for issues on inspections. In this market you need someone who is watching out for you and not missing a thing and I bleieve Tammy fits that bill.
