Saturday the 28th of May I stopped at this Starbucks on my way back home to California. The drive thru line was super long but I expected it to be at that time of morning and I was willing to wait. When I got to the speaker the girl with long blonde French braid pigtails took my order and was really sweet! Great customer service skills. The girl who made my Iced Caramel Macchiato was quick to get my drink and pastry out the window. It was also the best iced Macchiato I’ve ever had! You girls rock!

This location has to be the slowest Starbucks drive thru. I can get out of my car go inside and Albertsons possibly get some groceries and still get out quicker. The drinks are great but something about this location isn’t as speedy as most Starbucks. The line wraps around by McDonalds…

So this has been my go to location my last couple trips to Vegas, because it’s open at 4am and since I tend to get up early… that rocks! Drive thru live can block traffic if it’s busy, but generally not that early in the morning. Staff is always friendly here. Location is great.

This is one of my go to Starbucks. Hello drive thru is fast and efficient. I’ve had good service here inside and drive thru. So I don’t mind coming here since its close by. They haven’t yet gotten my order wrong. Coffee is on point. I may have jinxed myself now. But it’s ok they will re-do your coffee if you don’t like it.

I always get their protein bistro box in the morning but when I go through their drive thru it takes forever. I wish they would have a bigger staff in the morning

Usually I go through the drive thru and get get service sometimes they move really slow but people are nice. This time I walk because another Starbucks messed up and the woman gave me the disgust look. She didn’t greet me or was nice. They nicely fixed my drink but people skills are important hence why I still come back in the drive thru even though it takes like 10 – 15 mins.

Edit: it’s cool you guys pay attention to these, thumbs up! I went back to Starbucks last night and the nice lady in the drive thru told me a lot of the workers are punching in items wrong in the cashier. That’s why my grande drinks are never the same price. Something about soy. Should get that checked out, tnx.

This location is very close to my house and over the years has become my favorite place to grab my morning caffeine fix. I’m generally a fan of Starbucks and never had one so close to my house before.(I’ve lived in a LOT of places.) Needless to say, I was hoping I’d strike gold and that this location could be(would be!) the kind of neighborhood coffee shop you hope you have near by: the one you can walk or bike to, with friendly service, consistently good coffee, and that makes it enjoyable(not just easy) to say to someone, «meet me there.» The morning crew is always friendly, always smiling, and never fails to greet customers with warmth. Many of them are familiar faces to me, having been at this shop for years. Although I find myself swinging by less often in the afternoons or evenings, the same friendly service is consistent through the day. Parking can be tight at peak hours due to the other popular businesses in the same storefront, but there’s always plenty of places to park between Starbucks and McDonalds, and even more behind the Starbucks in the Albertson’s parking lot. There’s also a respectable amount of shared outdoor seating available. It can be hit or miss though, depending on the time of day and the outdoor temperature. The drive-thru is always busy, if not insane. I’ve never seen a line consistently this long at a Starbucks anywhere else I’ve lived or frequented. To this day I can’t figure out why it’s as long as it usually is. Out of curiosity, I’ve used the drive-thru at least half a dozen times over the years when I’m not in a hurry just to see how long it takes. Every time I’m confident I could been on my way much quicker if I had parked, walked in, ordered and then hopped back in my car. Having seen the crew work from inside the store and at the drive-thru, I can tell you they’re aggressively taking care of the drive-thru window customers and seem to keep cars moving. It’s just that the line is regularly so long. If you’re in a hurry, I recommend you park and go inside when the line is longer than the actual drive-thru driveway. If you’re looking to make time to listen to your favorite playlist or another chapter in that audiobook you’ve been neglecting, the drive-thru might be for you. Are there other coffee shops in the area? Sure. Honestly, there are some I like better because they’re smaller and everything is hand-crafted, but I love the fact that this Starbucks is so convenient, and has maintained a staff that’s been consistently cheerful and friendly across all the years I’ve lived here. When it’s all said and done, I can’t find anything negative to say about this shop. Note: This is one of those places that I go to often enough(and early enough in the morning) that I consistently forget to check in on Unilocal.Shame on me; I’ll fix that!

Everything about this Starbucks is on point except you’re clover machine. I work right next to the location on tropicana and their clover brewed coffee is how it should be. Every time I get it at this location the coffee is never hot enough and tastes not brewed properly and not strong like all the other locations I’ve had with a clover, in California too. Please fix ur machine as the clover Brewer usually makes the best cup of coffee, but yours just makes a warm cup of wasted money.

Worst starbucks in Vegas.!! I spend tons of money on this .I’ve been living in this neighborhood for about 4 months now. The workers are not friendly and can’t make a decent drink with complete instructions.. And then get mad when confronted. It’s a shame. Because I’m slowly turning my back on the whole franchise.. Really think lack of coffee in drinks might being coming from corporate and cut backs. But then throw in a bad attitudes. I’m done

Met up with a buddy at this particular alter of the lord paramount of the generic coffee shops. This location… even though it is an alter to the almighty slaughterer of the little man, was on point! The drive-thru was slammed, but it was not my intention to sit in my vehicle on this fine April morning. Open is the venue and the baristas behind the counter were the very definition of hustle. They made quick work of line before me and I received my Venti Carmel Quad Macchiatowith coconut milk.stirred. I sipped and smiled at the multiple bodies using a multitude of platforms on the Wi-Fi as I rolled out

I’m a huge fan of this particular starbucks because they do magic with my coffee. I’m a blond roast gal and it is always particularly wonderful when I get it here. I once asked about why it was noticeably better at the store but they insisted that they brewed it like everywhere else. NOTTRUE, at least not to my tastebuds. My love of their blonde aside, the selection at this one is also much more robust. It is one of their Reserve stores so there is always an interesting and fun rotation of new beans. All of the baristas are super friendly and seem very happy to explain the differences between the different brews. Definite fan though I must concur with some of my fellow reviewers regarding the drive through line. Doesn’t normally bother me though as I prefer drinking my coffee in-store.

I have been to this Starbucks on a number of occasions and one thing can be confirmed, they are always packed! The line for the drive thru stretches way past the McDonalds next door and it causes lots of traffic if you’re trying to maneuver your way anywhere around this parking lot. Their service is really good despite how busy they are, but honestly I avoid it based on the congestion.

This place is always busy. I’m not a coffee drinker. Those around me though. I do get hot chocolate here when its cold outside. The staff seems quick at what they do, but the wait still takes a long time. The hot chocolate I get is good and worth the price!

I come here often since it’s close to work and I need my morning caffeine kick. They are busy here in the mornings. The drive-thru line is crazy and blocks some of the traffic inside the parking lot so I always go inside. They are pretty fast considering how busy they are. I find most of their employees to be nice & friendly. However, in my last two visits, I ordered a praline latte and they were out of the praline toppings. That’s the best part of the holiday drink. They should have mentioned that. I would have ordered something else. She did offer to make another drink but I didn’t want to be late for work. Other than that, it’s your standard Starbucks with gourmet coffee with friendly service.

I asked a lot if questions, all were answered with a smile. Clean, pretty, lots of sunlight. Our order was perfect, and the Pumpkin Scones are to die for. They have soy milk, for us nondairy folk. I think they have almond milk too, but not clear on that. I really like the décor here. I will visit again! Haven’t been here in years since a friend was in town and we got coffee and drive through RedRock.

8 cars in front of me at drive thru! This place is busy! I come here quite a bit but the drive thru can be a cluster! If there’s a line it blocks parking for other cars and service can be slooowwwww. I ordered the turkey panini… forgettable. Service is friendly and drinks made well, but when I see a tip jar at the window… no way I do not tip at windows! I don’t tip at McDonalds… Put the tip jar away!
