Somnia Sleep Wellness’s provides products and services to help people achieve a better and healthier night’s sleep. We provide free sleep screening services and sleep consultations with our Sleep Care Coordinator. We provide home sleep apnea testing services (ResMed ApneaLink Air), CPAP machines and supplies, and oral appliance therapy devices, all under the direction of our Medical Director Richard F. O’Brien, MD and our Dental Director Gary Radz, DDS. We also have products and services for insomnia and other sleep issues.
History
Established in 2013.
After spending a significant amount of time and money studying the sleep market, Peter Fatianow, Mats Wahlström, and Kerry Hicks of KMG Capital Partners, LLC, founded Somnia in 09.13. It is then they learned that while chronic sleep issues are pervasive, few people seek proper medical solutions. Most Americans simply ignore their sleep issues, or write off sleep issues as normal/okay.
Driven by the collective belief that everyone deserves a chance at a good night sleep, Fatianow, Wahlström, and Hicks set out to bring awareness to the importance of sleep as a means to improving one’s health. They created the sleep wellness store, Somnia, as a convenient place where anyone could come in to explore their sleep issues and uncover potential sleep solutions personal to them.
By making sleep solutions accessible in a convenient retail setting, the founding partners say they believe more individuals will take charge of their sleep issues and seek out the help they need and/or desire.

Peter Fatianow founded Somnia along with his partners, Mats Wahlström, and Kerry Hicks, all of KMG Capital Partners, LLC, to achieve their shared vision of helping the 40 million of Americans suffering from chronic sleep disorders overcome their issues and significantly improve their overall mental and physical health. With more than 20 years of healthcare industry experience, Fatianow is keenly qualified to develop a sleep and wellness concept store.
