History

Established in 1982.

JDB Consultants, Inc (Originally JDB Consultiung DBA Jonathan Brown) was started in 1982 when a friend’s brother purchased an Apple II for his bar to manage finances. He had no idea how to use the system and Jonathan got him managing his finances with a database and spreadsheet.

In the 80’s Jonathan worked full time at several instutions in the computer industry and did consulting work on the side. In the late 90’s Jonathan used a small amout of savings to start his own full time consulting company speciallizing in large scale email systems consulting.

After 9/​11, consulting dropped off with large companies and JDB Consultants was refocused on providing small business computer related services as we still do today.
