What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Our pricing is very competitive and we are able to provide over 20 years of residential experience through our own installers.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I have always had a drive and passion to run my own company. While I was in college, I ran a painting company for four years. I loved the experience but I wanted to find something that I could run all 12 months here in Seattle. I also love home remodeling and windows ended up being a great fit for me.

What do you love most about your job? I love the people I meet. Believe it or not, the traffic doesn’t bother me one bit. I actually love traveling all around Seattle, Bellevue, Everett, and the many other areas that we cover. But most importantly I really enjoy the different people that I get to meet along the way.

Good Guy Windows provides very good customer service.
You don’t feel any pressure from their salespersons as they don’t rush you to make a quick decision from their first visit.
Their quote and measurement are very precise. You don’t have to worry about any problem of low-​balling bid to begin with. Their second visit (actual service call) to finalize measurements on windows and doors came out exactly the same as the first visit. I am much appreciated their accuracy and precision as I am an accountant too.
Windows are in quality products and their technicians are very responsive to questions and follow up service.
I give them a thumbs-​up.

Efficient, dependable service. Shannon was quick and easy to work with. There even was an issue with the drop off and a damaged piece that was quickly resolved. Had 11 windows replaced and they are all working great, with no damage to the existing frames. I will use them again when I replace the rest of the windows in the home. Thanks so much!

I LOVE my new windows! Replaced most of the house and got the OE4 glass. What a difference… The house is quiet, the heating bill has been literally cut in half and they look beautiful. Good Guys pricing was spot on and their service matched their price. Just call them!

Our house was down a door and good guy was able to get out and install a new one way quicker than anyone else, even after I had forgot to give them a call, so they still made it out super quick after a 24hr delay on my part. Very happy with how they installed it and just wish we had the money to do the rest of the doors in the house at the same time.

We are so happy with our new home window installed by Good Guy Windows! The entire process went smoothly and the staff is very helpful and caring. Before we found GGW, we encountered problems in getting other window companies to even return our calls and emails or refusing to handle smaller projects. In addition to good customer service, GGW has very fair pricing and they helped us select just the right window for our needs. We plan to use this company if we decide to replace our other windows in the future.
