History

Established in 1987.

In 1987, Gemini Blinds established an alliance with Hunter Douglas window treatments, the top manufacturer of American-​Made window blinds, window shades, wood blind, wood shutters and custom window coverings.

Homeowners and Commercial clients expressed the need to soften the look of their window coverings with top treatments so Gemini Blinds decided to open up a drapery workroom located at 384 Palmer Avenue in Mamaroneck, New York. Gemini Blinds now services Larchmont, Rye, Harrison, New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Manhattan and Connecticut.

Presently, Gemini Blinds makes their own draperies inspired by unique designs and current home fashion trends mixing a combination of window blinds with elegant draperies to create beautiful window treatments. We cover specialty shaped windows & offer motorized blinds and shades.

Gemini Blinds services residential homeowners and commercial businesses in dwellings such as, luxury apartment buildings, condominiums and downtown skyscrapers.
