Slow careless service.
I bought my GMC Sierra here. I love the truck, no problems, but I think Quirk’s service sucks
When I used their drive in oil change service, they were anything but prompt. I mentioned the delay when checking out and was advised to ‘Make an appointment next time’ if time was a factor. I did, and the next oil change took them 2 hours. I did have the tires rotated — they left the center cover of my aftermarket rims loosely installed and I had to buy replacement trim hardware (chrome hex screws) after they started falling off my truck.
The truck looks GOOD, and isn’t a beat down work truck, but the quirk service dept made me feel like they were doing me a favor to let me have them change the oil. I’m no disrespectful punk, the service advisors were professional — it’s the actual service that sucked. Consistently and repeatedly.

Thank god I didn’t buy my new Encore there! My car is 3k miles and had a light come on. So i called the service department in Manchester (closest to my house) and asked if they could take a look. Brand new car. The guy was so condescending and rude, telling me I’d have to leave my car there all day with no loaner and that he’s a busy guy so I’d have to accommodate him. I have never received such ignorant customer service. I’m glad i went somewhere else to purchase my Buick!

I brought my car in for a regular service maintenance & Tanya was so helpful. I was an hour early for my appointment, which I had made online for the same day, and they took me a little earlier. It was done and clean when I got it back. Tanya was so excellent & very nice! I am so happy I bought my car here! I will be back for sure! Thanks Tanya!

Quirk was eager to make a sale and Andrew (sales person) and Steve (sales manager) were initially great to work with. Tanya Moran in the service department was also very pleasant and appeared to sincerely value their customers.
When I discovered an issue with my truck, 5 days after delivery, I had the unpleasant experience of seeing another side of Steve who came off condescending and it felt like he was trying to bully me into accepting the issue or having me pay to get it fixed. Steve later called me to tell me GMC would cover the repair. Steve also called to follow-​up after the repair was completed.
Unfortunately, Steve’s initial reaction to the problem has destroyed all good will between me and the dealership.
After reading my Unilocal review, Steve called me to to clear up some confusion I had with staff names (I’ve made corrections in this review) and expressed that he felt my rating was unfair as the issue was fixed without cost to me and he did, in fact, follow up to ensure I was satisfied with the repair.
He defended his position, but fell short of an apology for how his behavior made me feel. We agreed to disagree and I do not expect to do business with them again.
Steve did make a valid point with regard to follow up and that does deserve recognition. I’m increasing my rating from a 1 to a 3 (I wish I could do a neutral 2.5). I’m a bit conflicted as I will always be suspect of his intentions. Did he really call to improve the relationship or was it to get a higher score or perhaps both?

In the end, this is just a truck and a brief business transaction. Hardly worth all the drama.

Was unimpressed with the salesman and sales manager. Decided to go elsewhere rather than deal with this place. Their loss and probably my gain in the long run.

Stopped into quirk gmc on Sunday after being referred to John G. To look at some trucks. I had an idea what I was looking for and John was super attentive to finding exactly what I was looking for. Mike the manager jumped into things with us and we hammered out a very fair deal on a new truck. Great laid back atmosphere and wanting of your business. I recommend anyone looking to find their way to quirk gmc go ahead and do it.

Terrible service dept. Went in for a signal light bulb out 2 ½ hrs. later still never received a call that my car was done. I called them in the service dept. and they said ya your car is done. I get there and the girl said there was nothing wrong and that they never even fixed the bulb that was out, they said that it was working, I said the light doesn’t only go out when i’m in it. So I pulled the car back into their garage and sure enough the bulb was out. Get it together people very poor customer service here.

I bought my last two vehicles from Quirk and I have had all my service performed there. However, after my second bad experience in as many months I am done with them. Today, the salesman boasted about how «Mr. Quirk» is involved with every deal. I wish Mr Quirk would give me a call so I could give him the customer’s perspective of his dealership. Thank goodness there are other options.

Went there for my first oil change. No check in just park your car and we will be right with you. 2 hours later the women calls my name. Slowest service I have ever encountered!

This place is a friggin gong show. They practically bait and switched me. I was awaiting approval and when I showed up after getting the financing lined up they said that the truck I was there for was sold. But this one is available with less options and more money. So upset. The salesman practicly giggled when I went ballistic because he knew I was right. I should have just walked away at that point but I did need the truck. I didn’t know I could have gone to nashua with my approval and bought my truck there. Then my truck had some electronics issues and the service dept always acts as though I am a burden on them. For a nearly 45 thousand dollar vehicle I expect significantly better service and follow through. Go someplace else. Oh and I am still getting emails from their online dept dying to sell me a new truck, I bought one already from you guys. Get it together already.

The salesman was excellent during the sale. No pressure and very understanding. When it came to pricing, I was given a trade value for my vehicle then, when I showed a price for the Terrain on the website (which the manager wasn’t aware of) my trade value dropped $ 2500. Even though I received verification that the number provided was the actual value, regardless of the vehicle I purchased, he dropped the value when I showed the internet price. There was no explanation provided, which was clearly frustrating. With my wife being 39 weeks pregnant, I was under the gun to get a larger vehicle and signed the lease as presented. I did request that I get an upgrade to the model with the roof racks at the same price, but the salesman said that he wouldn’t present it to the manager.
Since I signed the lease, my wife and I had our baby the next day. Despite knowing this information, I have been receiving multiple calls and texts on a daily basis requesting additional information.
While the initial part of the sales process was good, I would not recommend, and would actually caution others, from buying or leasing at Quirk.

I had searched out a vehicle and found the one I wanted at quirk. So I followed the process of emailing them and then the circle jerk began. I had to ask 5 time for a simple payment quote and finally got it. we drive up to only be passed around from sales person and manager to another before they say the finance company is not answering can we call you Monday. Great now I wasted 3 hour’s of my time on my only day off. I finally get the call Monday and hear sorry they cant approve it. I think no biggie ill just put more money down and I ask the sales manager how do I need. He respond’s with I don’t know. well why was it rejected not sure. I have never dealt with such a incompetent group in my life and still a week later no answer.
