Chase Bank

The worst banking experience I have ever had. They lost my tax returns when I applied for a home loan and then lied about it.

I absolutely LOVE this branch. I have been with Chase for many years and visited other branches but nothing compares to the help and professionalism that I get from this branch.

This bank/​branch has really changed! Back in the day I had a WAMU account but closed it because the old manager was really rude. Because I work in the area, I moved my accounts to Bank of America however this wasn’t the smartest decision I’ve made. All of the stupid fees is ridiculous! Anyway I got a $ 150 coupon in the mail and figured I’d try this branch out again. To my surprise, I couldn’t believe the change! Everybody at this location has such a great personality, not the type that used to be there! The personal banker Ross, who opened my account was really understanding and down-​to-​earth. I always see him walking around the area and although I figured he would have forgotten me by now, he still remembers my name! Overall my whole experience was great, Ross even introduced me to both of the managers, Rikesh and Gary who are really knowledgeable and cool! Every time I go inside, both of them always come over to see how I’m doing. It’s nice to see that there’s finally some caring people at this branch. Kudos to them all, THEY ROCK!

When I closed my account with Chase months after the incident at the branch I have been going to for over 20 years the service was still just as appalling. However, they were very concerned that I was closing my account and had three people come over and talk to me about it, including the manager Marco who is a complete douche. He was the assistant manager when they stole 170 dollars out of my account and Candace who has since left this branch was the manager (also a dimwit).
I explained to Marco again why I was leaving the bank and he had no remedy to offer. He didn’t even ask if there was anything they could do to keep me as a customer.
I hope anyone reads this closes their account at their bank and moves to a credit union, best transition I have ever made.
