Big Apple Coach Limo NYC

If I could I would rate this business below zero. I booked transportation for my guests and wedding party for my son’s wedding. After receiving the confirmation and giving my credit card information I assumed all was well. ONE WEEK prior to the wedding I was told that the bus was not available (i believe they got more money for it from a big company) and no other buses were available! If we hadn’t called my guests would have been waiting for a bus that never came!
The person on the phone; Frank stated the reservation was never booked because I was supposed to sign and return the confirmation. He never stated this in the email and never called me. Three days later I received an email confirming my cancellation of my reservation which I supposedly never had!

I was very pleased with this car service. I called to reserve a car to JFK and my driver was timely and respectful, the car was clean, and he got me to the airport in record time. No complaints, highly recommended.

Twelve of us arrived from Minneapolis and needed transportation from LaGuardia to Brooklyn and then back to LaGuardia again. We contacted Big Apple Coach Limo, and they were great! First of all, they could get all twelve of us in the van (with our luggage). They were prompt, both at the airport and at the pick up in Brooklyn to take us back to the airport. Best of all, they were very reasonably priced. We will definitely use Big Apple Coach Limo again, especially if we are traveling in a fairly large group.
