Business Owner

Karen Altszuler DDS received her undergraduate degree in biology from Duke University. She received her dental degree from NYU College of Dentistry and was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon honor society which recognizes academic and clinical excellence in dentistry. She continued her dental education with a one year general practice residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan. Upon finishing her residency she was asked to join the teaching staff of the dental residency program. Dr. Altszuler is currently Assistant Clinical Professor in the Mount Sinai Hospital dental residency program. She has also been in private practice since 1984.

Dr. Altszuler is a member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Society and the Northeast Society of Periodontists. She is also a member of the NY Dental Forum, a study club with emphasis on the latest cosmetic proceedures.
