History

Established in 2011.

While working as a fashion sales manager, Krista Smithen successfully provided her customers with exceptional service by going above and beyond to meet each individual’s needs. She brings this same commitment to exceptional customer service to real estate.

Krista relocated to NYC from Atlanta, Georgia in 2008. The overwhelming process of finding an apartment in NYC, coupled with the poor service she received from her broker inspired her to start a career in real estate. Her passion for real estate and her love of working with people made the decision an easy one.

Her goal from day one has been to provide exceptional customer service to every one of her clients.

Krista became an agent for two main reasons: she loves real estate and she loves working in sales. As you will find, working with someone who loves what they do will make the transaction a more pleasurable one. Because she loves what she does, Krista will spend the time necessary to make sure each customers’ needs are met to, and beyond, their expectations. To accomplish this, Krista aims to individualize each client’s experience; her past experience in sales has taught her that there is not a one size fits all approach to helping clients. Because of her flexibility in dealing with clients, Krista is comfortable working under all types of conditions, with all types of clients. Whether you are a renter, buyer, or seller, or you are single, have roommates, or a family, Krista will customize the experience and take the stress out of the transaction.
