Absolutely love our new fence! After doing much research online, asking my mommy friends who have pools and asking my pool guy, the #1 referral was for Mark Hinkle. The customer service I received from Mark and his son Logan was wonderful. They were able to accommodate my schedule requests for the estimate and install date, very convenient. Logan came for estimate and was very thorough and informative. I scheduled the install date and negotiated final cost with Mark and Logan came for install. Install was pretty quick and very well done. Overall I highly recommend this company and the Life Saver Pool Fence brand. Two thumbs up!!!

We used Mark Hinkle from Life Saver Pool Fence Company, as he was recommended by our pool service. It appeared that his price and materials were competitive, so we decided to go with him after interviewing several other companies. However, when it came time to come back and repair minor issues, such as the gate that now wouldn’t close after a 7 month install, it was very difficult to get a hold of him. No answers from his phone after several messages. Finally he called back and promised he would send his guys out to fix the fence, but after waiting all afternoon, no one showed up. We called again, and still no response. Another example of a company that it happy to get the work, but once they install, they could care less about you and don’t want to service you. Since the gate did not work, it was a real safety hazard and when it comes to pool fences you would think this company would be a lot more considerate.

Mark installed a fence around our pool 3 years ago, and it has been fantastic. It has kept our daughter for wandering into the pool area (there is no way our 5 year old can open the gate without us). The fence looks good and it is durable. 3 years later and it still looks like new. We recently had part of the fence separate from the frame near the gate and Mark’s team is coming out tomorrow to fix it for free under the Lifetime Warranty.

Mark installed my pool fence in 2007. I’m quite picky and did substantial research on both Mark and the Life Saver Fence product. Mark had extensive references in the area which I contacted. People were so pleased with his work they invited me over to see their installations, many of which had been in place and looking good for several years. My pool is a hefty 20k gallon, oddly shaped pool with narrow space around the perimeter. Nevertheless, Mark and a helper installed the fencing sections into the old concrete pool deck in less than a day and with precision accuracy.
The Life Saver latches and fencing materials are extremely durable and are showing few if any signs of weathering, continuing to operate as on day one. They still look great and have been virtually maintenance-​free requiring little more than a power wash and a latch realignment. We have regular parties but the fence is unobtrusive so there has been no reason to ever take it down. It also makes watching the kids and keeping them in the area so much easier. Now that the kids are getting older I’ve considered taking down the fence but friends and relatives tell me not to because they like the way it looks. I think that’s the best testimonial of all.
Mark is a professional with high integrity who is proud of the Life Saver product and takes care of his customers. He’s been doing this for over 10 years and if something actually comes up he’ll get back to you right away with a fix over the lifetime of the product. I cannot recommend Mark or his product enough.

We had a fence installed at our home about 1 ½ years ago and it still looks great to this day! It’s pretty easy to take down (we took it down for 2 big pool parties) and put back up. They had it installed super quick and we’ve recommended it to multiple friends. Thank you for giving us such a great product!

Mark really knows about pool fences, he replied to my online inquiry very quickly and showed up for our appointment right on time. He walked us through our options and was very knowledgeable and courteous. My husband and I were so pleased we booked him on the spot and scheduled installation for 2 days later. His men showed up at the appointed time and did a great job getting our fence up. It looks great and we couldn’t be happier!
Edit: Downgrading to 3 stars since we realized after a few days that they had punctured a pipe during installation. Since they disclaimed against damage in the agreement, they wouldn’t pay the repair cost, however they did come move that portion of the fence at no charge. I understand that they can’t know what’s below concrete when they’re drilling holds but this was a shallow pipe in dirt, it should’ve been easy to spot.

Mark installed a pool fence for us in 2007, and then drilled some new holes for us and rerouted the fence in 2009. It still looks great and works great today, even though our cat has a fondness for going up and over and it tends to get used as a clothesline.
The materials are high quality, too — the color has remained on the plastic, the latch on the gate still works after five years of heavy usage, and there’s virtually no sagging.
I found that Mark was courteous, prompt, professional, and very safety-​minded. It was a joy to work with him. The first install was great, but I was even more impressed when he came out extremely promptly to reroute our fence and make our back yard safe again, and barely charged us anything for the service.

Mark provided a very professional experience for our child safety pool fence installation. He was extremely prompt in email and phone communication to answer all of my questions.
The day of installation, his crew came to the house and walked through the desired fence line path and had everything installed in about 2.5 hours for over 60 feet of fencing. They had to cut back a couple difficult vines and bushes and did this without issue or extra cost. The fence materials and construction were top notch compared to other vendors I had looked at. Overall, it was a painless and easy experience working with Mark and his crew. And now I don’t need to worry about my 1 year old who just started walking a week before the installation!
