«My role is very simple: Help people get what they want; NOT try to get people to do something they don’t want to do, which is unfortunately how sales generally feels,» says Terel.



This philosophy has paid off. In his first year in the business, he outperformed 400 other newly hired agents and was named Intero’s Rookie of the Year. He made Intero’s prestigious President’s Circle (top 5%) the first full year he was licensed, and has remained in the Executive or President’s Circles every year since. On several occasions, he’s also made the top 1% of the Cupertino office, not only Intero’s largest branch, but the largest and highest producing real estate office of any brand in Santa Clara County.

Prior to pursuing real estate, Terel spent over a decade as a CPA. When a life coach helped him identify a passion for relationships and helping people in more tangible and personal ways, Terel left his successful accounting career and, he’s never looked back.

Combining an accounting degree with a CPA license, Terel spent a decade in a variety of accounting and finance management roles at such Silicon Valley firms as Deloitte, Cupertino Electric, and eBay.

Drawing from spiritually grounded principles, a personal penchant for customer service, and extensive experience in negotiating, Terel both prides and charges himself with delivering his clients world-​class service in their real estate transactions. This means successful transactions at the optimal price in the quickest timeframe – and with the fewest headaches. Through meticulous attention to detail, mastery of the real estate contract, and heavy lifting behind the scenes, Terel creates a carefree experience for his clients before, during, and after the transaction. In short, he makes home buying and selling easy.

An avid outdoorsman, Terel is passionate about many things in his life, but none so much as his wife of 14 years, Stacia, and sons, Cade and Bram.
