Gabriel is great. We met Gabriel when he was hosting an open house for a property. The open house was slow, and it was the first day my wife and I were looking at houses. We told Gabe this, and he began to give us tips on what to look for, and what areas were better than others in the Redwood City area and surrounding cities.
Gabe was also able to get us in to look at properties before they even hit MLS. He always was responsive and informative, and never gave us bad advice.
We ended up purchasing a home with Gabe, and he went above and beyond, paying for 25% of the sellers credit we asked for out of his own proceeds on the sale. After we closed on the home, Gabe bought us a warranty on the kitchen appliances.
Gabe was never pushy, and was always optimistic, even when we were writing a lower offer than he recommended. Anytime we asked about a property, he would review the disclosures and then send them along with a summary of the issues, indicating he had already browsed through them.
After we were in contract on a property, he continued to be straightforward and transparent, even though other agents would be incentivized to push the sale through. Gabe never pushed us to ignore anything.
Gabe stays in contact with us and provides good referrals for various contractors when we need them.
He is a very trustworthy agent, and my wife and I highly recommend him.

He is not pushy at all, and is balanced in advising on features and attributes of a home. We made an offer within our price range and worked through a number of negotiating issues with excellent outcomes. On the sale side, Gabe helped us generate five offers above the asking price. We couldn’t be more pleased with Gabe’s service and style. I heartily recommend working with him on any real estate transaction.
