My parents finally agreed to move up to San Jose from Los Angeles to be closer to family. Since they are both in their ninety’s this responsibility fell on me. The housing market in LA was as fast and furious as in San Jose so I immediately called Dave Lissner for help. He had already helped one of my kids with two house refinancings and was the agent for my other kid with his first home purchase. Both of them had nothing but praise for him. We had to act fast because homes were coming on and off the market quickly and Dave really stayed on top of things. He patiently showed us house after house until we found «the one.» He immediately went into intense negotiations at 5pm and by 11pm we had a deal. I will always be grateful to Dave for his ability to find the perfect home for my parents.

I was at an open house hosted by Jay Deimling of The Property Network, and he completely ignored me. I tried multiple times to get his attention, but he would only speak with men who were attending the open house with their wives. My husband was not in the open house with me as he happened to decide to stay back in the car to watch our napping toddler. It is pretty ridiculous to be in the year 2015 only to be ignored by a real estate agent simply because a women is not «chaperoned» by a man.

Paul and the Property Network go above and WAY beyond every expectation it’s rediculous. I always tell Paul that he probably makes minimum wage on my transactions because he is there from beginning to the very end to insure you’re all taken care of. I have purchased and sold property using Paul and he has helped with everything from completely prepping my house for sale to working with contractors on remodels. I remodeled a condo one time and Paul met with the contractors no less than 30 times to be sure I was getting the best quality for my money. I can’t recommend The Property Network enough. I wish I could give them 20 stars!

It was a bit tricky to find the right lender, but Paul was able to find us what we needed and get us a good interest rate on the loan with no out-​of-​pocket costs. Example of why all of these extras are important: on our last transaction we were under the gun to sell our house because the owner of the house we wanted to buy would not take a contingent offer. We were competing with other potential buyers so we had to move fast to sell our house. Paul had our house — which required a lot of touch up painting and staging — listed with a virtual tour and an open house scheduled within three days. The open house happened on a Saturday and we had a full price offer by Tuesday which allowed us to buy our new house. On top of that, it turned out that Paul and the seller of the house had multiple good mutual friends so that gave him leverage to get the seller to shave 10K off the purchase price even though the seller was initially «dead firm» on the price.

I’ve been working with Paul Middione on getting my home purchased. In fact, everything became official a couple hours ago and I officially am a first time home owner. Paul made the transaction very easy. I honestly knew nothing about the process. Being a huge researcher, all I knew was what I read in books, magazines, websites and what I heard from friends. I started working with Paul about 2 years ago to prepare for the entire home buying process. He and his dad (accountant) helped me to get my finances in order. He’s both a real estate agent and mortgage broker, so essentially it’s a one stop shop. I found the property, he checked it out, wrote the offer, got it funded and «away we went». He really looks out for your best interest, unlike most of the mortgage guys that I know. The fees were reasonable and nothing was a surprise. I would definitely recommend. In fact, three of my buddies have already used him.
