Access Property Group was opened in 2005 with a specific goal in mind: to create a boutique agency serving the real estate needs of upper Manhattan residents, focusing on high-​end customer service, cutting-​edge marketing tools, and in-​depth knowledge about the NYC real estate market. Its owner, a local of Inwood of 15 years, personally attends to all the clients, and is proud to say that the majority of her business is referral-​based.

With Access Property Group, your real estate transaction is in professional hands with attentive service from beginning to the end and beyond. And though we are based in upper Manhattan, we are happy to help you to find or sell a home anywhere in Manhattan.

A native of Finland, Susanna moved to NYC in 1996 and opened Access Property Group in 2004, and found home in a storefront at 4975 Broadway in Manhattan in 2013.

My girlfriend and I moved to inwood earlier this year. This was my first time searching for an apt in NY
and the first time I used a broker. Having previously lived on the west coast there were many things about this process that were new and somewhat difficult. Michael did a great job walking us through the process and was calm and patient in making sure that we got all of paperwork though. Most impressive was that he found us a large, affordable apartment Ina great part of town. We recommend Michael to everyone we know interested in Inwood.

My husband and I were so lucky to have found Susanna! We were looking for an apartment in NYC back in 2005 and had gone through the run around with different big named realty groups and were heartbroken that we couldn’t find anything. Multiple times the rug was pulled out from us right before signing. But it was all worth the wait and worry when we finally met Susanna via an apartment listing she posted on Craigslist. She showed us our dream apartment and we signed the papers immediately, moving in a few short days later. I cannot thank Susanna enough. She restored our faith in NYC realtors. She found us the perfect apartment that fit all of our requests and needs and she did it all professionally and made the process as painless as possible.
