By far the worst company ever. I took them from the Fairfield Inn in Downtown Manhattan yesterday evening to LaGuardia Airport and they over charged by 27 dollars. I ask them why was the price changed and the drivers said it was the tax and tolls… How much can taxes and tolls be and I travel to NYC 7 to 8 times a month and I never paid so much money to the airport. I called the hotel to complain and they referred me to Aj Car Service I called them and they were not helpful at all they kept passing me along to another person and they finally told me to call the hotel and take it up with them.
I guess this car service is a total scam! I will be making a complaint with the City of New York and Marriott

Love this company. Yes they always say 5 minutes and sometimes it’s more so plan ahead. But they have never ditched me unlike East Coast Limo who has the worst customer service on the planet and they are always super friendly and nice. Their fares to and from the NYC airports are comparable to a taxi and the dispatchers are always super friendly. If you don’t need a luxury sedan everytime (sometimes you get them sometimes you don’t) but want to be treated with respect and have someone not ditch you on the side of the road, I highly recommend Allen Car & Limo. Thanks guys I’ll keep using you everytime.

6am in the morning after a night of tequila, her phone is dead, she refuses to do the walk of shame, she insists I look up Allen Car service and call her a car. Annoyed I call them, they say 5 minutes until the driver is there… when is 5 minutes really 5 minutes with a car service?
Since I had to get to the airport anyhow I think fast to call them back and ask if the driver will make a second stop at JFK. Sure, no problem. Quoted me a reasonable fare so I agree.
Well remember that 5 minutes thing? Alex the driver arrived within 4 minutes of my first call in a brand new and spotless Toyota Camry. Jackpot
Reeking of last nights party we hopped in together, dropped her off, Alex made sure we waited until she got into her building before zipping to the airport.
Topping it all off, we couldn’t figure out which terminal I needed to get to at first but Alex said it won’t be a problem if we don’t get it right the first time.
Seriously a 5 star experience. I’m sure the negative reviews I read might be true, but in my case Allen and their driver Alex were fantastic.

Unprofessional, rude service. When I called to complain that their late driver caused me to miss my flight, requiring the purchase of a new ticket costing several hundred dollars, the «manager» insisted it wasn’t their fault. After interrupting me multiple times, she ultimately refused any sort of compensation. Not worth it, never using this shady operation again – I should’ve known from their shoddy, smelly cars not to rely on them for such a high-​stakes situation.

I’m really surprised this company has such low reviews. My first experience with them was outstanding. After going ape shit on 777 Car and Limo for being over an hour late on my reservation with them to pick me up to go to the airport, the concierge at my front desk gave me the number for these guys. I called them, told them I had to get to LGA from Battery Park in under 45 minutes, I was traveling with a small dog in carrier and they said, «No problem. A car will be there in 10 minutes.» And they were and they did.
Half way to the airport I realized I wasn’t carrying enough cash to pay for the trip and tip ($ 55 for the trip– which is pretty much in range for this service from Battery Park to LGA.) I could have charged it but he said that it would be more expensive for me to do so, just pay cash. I did and told him to give me his name so I could take care of him. The driver was so pleasant and understanding throughout the entire trip. I will definitely use this service again.

This business is a scam. They kept dodging me about the rates, and then I finally booked for 5 hours to see the sightseeing with my friend who came from Europe. The driver was really rude and arrogant. Actually, he was probably Russian, and I could hardly make out what he said. The car was very dirty with the clear traces of last night party. On top of that, the driver tried overcharging me and didn’t even drive the final point.

The cheapest of all car services! Dispatcher is polite and thorough. They usually confirm your contact # and will call once the driver has arrived.
My qualms are: typically a wait, small fleet, fleeting availability.
Be prepared to call ahead 15 – 20 min.

I called and asked how much it would cost to go from Newark Airport to NYC. The dispatcher said $ 45. I booked a car for the next night. The car shows up on time. I have two rolling suitcases and the guy doesn’t get out, but just pops the trunk. I load my own bags. We go into NYC, get to my destination. He says that will be $ 55 plus the toll. I tell him to call the dispatcher. The dispatcher says it’s $ 45 to go NYC to Newark, but $ 55 to come Newark to NYC. He tells me the dispatcher gave me the wrong rate the night before. I’m annoyed, but agree to pay the $ 55. I hand the driver my credit card. He says there’s a five dollar fee to pay by credit card. We call the dispatcher back. They are adamant about the five dollar fee. I tell them I’m not paying them anything. They say we are going to the police station. I tell them fine and sit back. The driver backs off and takes the $ 55 plus toll. I get out of the car, he pops the trunk and I have to unload my own bags again.
