Birthdays and Bottles was founded to offer creative party and event solutions to young professionals in New York City. We are happy to offer you our party planning services at over 30 different venues throughout the city. We personally handpick and screen each venue that we partner with to ensure a great evening for you and your guests.

We understand that planning a party can be stressful and time consuming. That’s why we’ve created this premium service where we do all the planning for you.

Hi! Thank you for your interest in Birthdays and Bottles. As patrons and admirers of what New York nightlife has to offer, my brother Jon and I began our mission as a simple event coordinating service for birthday parties and other nightlife events.

Today, we’ve greatly expanded our operations, and have become party organizers who recognize the need for a premium service that helps our clients find not only the venue, but also the party that they’re looking for, without a hassle or a cost!

As our service grows, we continue to build strong ties with the premier clubs and lounges in our great city that want to accommodate and host our always-​expanding clientele. Give us the opportunity and we guarantee that you will have a great celebration. We look forward to working with you!

I first heard about B&B from a friend of mine and I’m so glad I took her advice about inquiring B&B to help me plan my birthday event. I reached out to B&B via the website and received a response quite promptly. Josh helped me plan out everything within a matter of days. He was professional and very courteous of my requests.
The bartenders at Slate (venue I chose for the event) were great and accommodating. The bottle service was nice but a huge gratuity that was already added into the bill caught me by surprise (totally not Josh’s fault).
Overall, Josh made the whole planning process so much simpler and hassle free for me. Highly recommend! Thanks again, Josh!

I was trying to throw together a Going Away party in the one week I had left in NYC before I moved to Austin. Moving is such a pain and quickly realized I had zero time to plan this gathering, but really wanted to get all my friends together before I left. One of my friends referred me to Birthdays and Bottles and I’m glad she did!
Josh was super responsive! I was so busy that it was hard for me to get back to him quickly, but even with my delayed response time he managed to get everything together only a day or two in advance! I had around 17 friends meet me at Open House. At first I was a little skeptical because we were the only ones there, but it turned out really great because it didn’t take forever to get drinks when you have the bar to yourself and you can actually have a conversation instead of being in a club with loud music. We did hit up the clubs with loud music afterwards though ;) Best of both worlds.
Also shoutout to the super friendly bar tenders at Open House. Great staff!!!

Extremely impressed by both the professionalism and friendliness that Josh came in with and maintained through this experience. Not only was he was full of great ideas, he also maintained active contact so I had no anxiety about the event, and in the end it went seamlessly. Everyone had a great time, got in with no issues for 30 people, and Josh majorly simplified what had promised to be a headache for me with my busy schedule and being from out of town… I will never plan my own party again after this, it was well worth the certainty that all details were covered and I was not forgetting anything. Thank you so very much for a wonderful time, and I’ll be in touch in the future when I move to the city!

I had an amazing time for my 23rd birthday. This service was perfect for busy work schedule as my party was set up all via email and I really didn’t have to deal with much. I gave Josh what I wanted, he provided me with options, I paid him and had a great time the night of the party. Simple as that and would definitely do it again.

I must say everyone had a Great time the staff was nice, Rob was easy going and a pleasure and our hostess (unfortuantely i forgot her name) was involved with setting the great mood. I contacted birthdays and bottles to help me plan out my 30th bday. Josh contacted me within 24 hours asking what venue i was interested in. At first i wanted to celebrate at the DL Lounge but after another customer had a problem with the venue honoring the deal that birthdays and bottles had set up Josh immediately contacted me and suggest i switch venues because he didnt want the same to happen to me. He suggested Gansevoort Park. I had read mixed reviews about the venue but agreed as Josh said the place was really fun.
The night of the party, there was no problem with getting into the venue. My name was on the list and a table reserved as well as the staff at the venue being aware of the 2 for 1 bottle deal. Birthdays and bottles did a good job of honoring their part. If anything the only complaint was that at the venue itself, the area in which the table was in closed at 2, so my friends and i had to move downstairs. The bouncers at the «red room» can be a bit douchey about letting people in, but again that is no fault of birthdays and bottles. Overall id recommend this company in planning your next event.

Birthdays & Bottles did an amazing job! As always, I began planning my birthday really last minute and was freaking out a little because I wanted to find a space that could accommodate 30 or so people without having to buy a table. I reached out to Birthdays and Bottles the week of the party and Josh responded immediately with a few options based on my preferences. After exchanging a few emails, texts, and phone calls we were able to decide on Slate which actually ended up being a lot of fun! He was able to get me a VIP list so that my friends could get in without hassle at the door which is what I was most stressed about. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Josh again in a year, just hopefully not so last minute again!

Wow, super impressed by this whole service.
I reached out to Josh to inquire about planning my 25th birthday, and I am so glad to have done so! Josh made the whole process so seamless and simple. From multiple email exchanges, texts and phone call, Josh ensured that he covered every detail of what I wanted.
I chose the DL as my venue, and had up to 30 people show up and get in seamlessly through my guest list. I also received a huge open space and table to accommodate all of my guests — along with a buy one get one free option for bottles.
Honestly, Josh goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, so all you have to do is really show up and enjoy yourself.
Want to shout out a huge thank you to Josh and the service altogether. I would very highly recommend if you also wish to have an amazing time and wonderful memories!

I contacted Josh to inquire about setting up mine and my friend’s joint birthday celebration and I’m so glad I did! He was so helpful in getting everything set up so that we didn’t have to worry about it. We reserved a table at the DL for 50 people and everything went great. All our guests had a great time and we received a free bottle of vodka when we arrived.
Great service and I will definitely be recommending to other friends!

These guys did an amazing job. I spoke with Josh to set up my birthday party and he had a ton of suggestions and made everything go very seamlessly. I had a few special requests and he was very patient and helpful.
The night of the party: I showed up, gave them my name, and I got a table + a free bottle of vodka at a rooftop club. My friends were also easily able to get in, but they did have to wait in the normal lines. This party was almost a year ago, but I’ve been abroad and busy, but they were good enough for me to remember and want to leave feedback.
I would recommend them for sure.

Birthdays and Bottles is the best thing to ever happen to nightlife! I spent days looking for the perfect venue for my 25th birthday and no luck! Finally, I came across Birthdays and Bottles who promise to make your event as seamless as possible. All you have to do is show up! The best part about Birthdays and Bottles-​IT IS ABSOLUTELY FREE! Once you email them they get back to you right away. Joshua helped me and he was great-​he had all the answers to my questions about how exactly B&B works.
I wasn’t interested in doing bottle service, just wanted the entry process to be as easy as possible for my friends and I, and that is exactly what I got. I ended going to The Monarch Rooftop and had a blast!!! My friends and I didn’t have to wait in line, and we lucked up by finding an empty table. We even had a waitress, which was great because I didn’t want to spend half my night trying to get drinks at the bar. The DJ was great, drinks were good, and the crowd was hip and diverse-​everything I was looking for!
I 100% recommend Birthdays and Bottles to anyone planning an event. I will definitely be coming back for my next event. Birthdays and Bottles, thank you for making my 25th birthday one to remember!!!

I can’t thank him enough for helping me with my sister’s going away party at Monarch Rooftop last week. We got a package for 10 people, bottle service and everything. I also asked for seating outside, and that is EXACTLY what I got. No surprises with the bill either, which is what everyone is worried about, especially when it comes to bottle service. Josh gave me a price: $ 604 for a bucket of beers, one sparkling wine and one bottle of Grey Goose and seating outside for my group. And that is what I received, no extra surprises. We also got unlimited chasers and express entry! My name was also on the list — if you live in NYC and you like to go out, you know how clubs like to play games. Not Monarch!
I was in touch with Josh last year for my birthday, but I ended up not going through with it. Come this year, I just figured maybe I’d email him, and he emailed me back within a couple of hours, ready and willing to help me! He made my sister’s «army strong» going away party a success and DEFINITELY a night to remember. I didn’t have to deal with anything, we just enjoyed the night.

Joshua, I want to Thank You!!! for doing an outstanding job in helping me make my birthday a memorable one!!! Also want to thank you for staying in contact and being available when needed!!! The Monarch Rooftop Lounge is what Joshua suggested, and I must say, I was very impressed on how the establishment provided such services to me and my guests.
The staff was on point from the doorman, security, bartenders and waitresses… they made feel like it was my night!!! If your out there looking for someone to help you promote your event… I definitely recommend Birthday and Bottles… They will not disappoint you!!!

Josh made things as easy as can be for booking our big group event. He helped us pick the Monarch Rooftop and arranged everything directly with them to make things seamless for our group. He was always available and was very responsive to all of our questions.
When our group arrived, we did not have to wait in line and were taken to our designated area without any issue. Our waitress was great and got our drinks to us pretty quickly, especially considering it was Saturday night and it was getting very busy.
The DJ was on point and of course the views were amazing. All in all, our whole group had a great time!
I would definitely use Birthdays and Bottles again for future events. As the host of my group event, they made me look good:) Thanks Josh for all your help!

I literally spent hours on Unilocal looking for rooftop venues in NYC for my 25th Birthday and came across Birthdays and Bottles — best decision ever.
Josh was very responsive and worked with the changes that I kept making in the days leading up the event. I ended up going to Monarch, which was also lovely. We had appetizers from 8PM-​10PM then bottle service started. We ended up getting a free house champagne when I order two bottles — which was nice for a cheers! The rest of the night was history — everyone had a great time, the night was a little muggy but everything was great. I lost my phone and vest there — venues reps did not find it … probably taken by another guest or clean up crew but Im not mad about it — I had such a great time.
Im looking forward to next year — definitely will work with Josh again, Ill look into another venue that they work with.
Ill be sure to leave my phone at home next time lol.
Regardless, working with Josh was a pleasure — 5 stars, well deserved!

I had a great birthday party last weekend at Monarch Rooftop thanks to Birthdays and Bottles. I had been doing a ton of research and talking to different promoters before finding this service, and I’m glad that I decided to go with Josh. I had a day party with around 40 guests and everyone had an amazing time. No issues getting in and everyone loved the venue and the views.
Definitely recommend Birthdays and Bottles and will think of them for my next event!

I used birthdays and bottles to plan my sister’s bachelorette party. After I was stressing over where the perfect place would be to have the party, I contacted birthdays and bottles and was put in touch with Josh. After giving him a few details, he quickly set up the reservation at Motivo. Using this service, really helps you get into the places you want without having to wait in long lines to then pay a cover charge if you are not on the list. My name was on the list and it made it easy for everyone to get in. Motivo was a very fun time if you are looking to dance all night. It was perfect for my sister’s bachelorette celebration. It does get crowded like all NYC bars. I highly recommend using birthdays and bottles to book your next celebration. It is hassle free and Josh is great at setting you up for it. See link:
