This place is fantastic. I arrived at 11am, when they opened, and it’s 11:17 and the job is already complete! I had a cracked iPhone screen that was so cracked it was beginning to feel sharp in certain places. The phone is now perfect. This place is fast, efficient, and a life-​saver. It cost me $ 110, which is reasonable compared to what other places charge.

Phone just dropped from 2 feet onto a soft floor and the «glass» shattered. The man here uses CHEAP products and charges the same as Apple. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!
Returned and asked if he used actual Apple parts and he said No. I asked him to replace my screen and he said no. He said that «1,000 million people crack their phones every day.» And that he was «charging market prices».
$ 110 for a subordinate quality screen replacement is wrong.

I broke my digitizer along with the phone screen so they fixed it within 30 minutes. Granted, I gave it to them with my phone screen already removed but this was still speedy. Service is great and they have set prices written on a board making it easy for customers who walk in to get their information.

I got my iPhone 6 screen cracked really bad and I came here and they solved my problem in 20 mins! It’s already my second time here and last time it was a problem with my iPhone 5. I would recommend anyone who wants to come here and not wait for booking the appointment with Apple. It’s a fast, efficient and service is nice

Accidentally shattered my phone screen! The glass was wrecked and the display was ruined, making the digital interface of my phone disfigured. I’ve had a terrible week of luck and this was the final straw. I wept.
I was quoted by the apple store $ 130 for the screen and I don’t even think this included the display. The Apple Genius person I talked to in Grand Central was nice, but i felt like he shamed me for not having Apple Care. «Well, this would’ve been covered if you had apple care.» You don’t think I don’t know that? I know Apple Genius employees don’t make commission off sales, but all store employees gets a bonus if they reach a goal for selling products and Applecare. The incentive to sell still remains and I felt that when I waited in line to get my consultation. I walked out disappointed and jostled by rich tourists buying three iphone 6s.
I work in the Lower East Side and googled a nearby phone repair. King Digital Wireless came up closest and I printed out a map, a first time in a long time (since my phone is broken).
The store is on a small room on the second floor of a small mall. No rich tourists, no lines, and no Apple Genius’. Cheap quick repair, CASH ONLY! I got lost looking for my bank– if only i had my phone.
I came in today at around 6pm and was so satisfied that I made a Unilocal account especially for this review. Thank you for fixing my phone! I never got your name, but I was squealing/​grunting when I left.

This place is amazing! I shattered my iPhone 6 case today, called them at 7:00, was there at 7:25 and the kept the shop open a few extra minutes to replace my phone screen.
Although more than I initially wanted to pay ($ 110), their customer service, professionalism and speediness (took 10 mins max) made it worth every penny.
Highly recommend when you’re in a bind like I was!

I brought my phone in for a repair and within 30 minutes my smashed screen was as good as new. Definitely worth every dollar

Had two phones that needed fixing. One phone they tried multiple fixes but nothing worked, they returned it to me with no charge (another place also couldn’t fix it but charged me a fee anyway). The second they were able to fix and repaired it same-​day. Even opened the phone back up when I came to pick it up and changed out with a replacement battery I had brought for free. Price was reasonable ($ 125 for two issues).

King messaged me on Unilocal about 3 – 4 days after writing the original review I wrote (I had to delete it & repost it again because I did mention some racist/​bully remarks that I do apologize for because I don’t think that has anything to do with the business & the service I received).
But yeah, when King had messaged me here on Unilocal,he or they (the business) basically blamed me, THE CUSTOMER for doing «water damage» to my own phone, when NO A**HOLE, that is STILL NOT the NOW BIGGER issue with my phone either. So they basically admitted they knew from the geico what was wrong with my phone & what they HAVE POSSIBLY & INTENTIONALLY DONE wrong to it, by disconnecting my antenna/​radio, if anything.
If me getting into a car accident last year & not knowing where my phone was at the time claims me as «responsible» for the phone’s damage internally, then this business has a lot to learn about satisfyingly their customers and not being such a SHADY, F**KING BUSINESS as well. But his excuse is all BS. The network and service provider on my phone as I said in my last review was indeed working properly and perfectly. My phone just only had a broken charger port that only needed repair.
Speaking of which, the «new» charging port King had put in my phone, when I tried connecting my phone to my laptop to sync the pictures and videos, it doesn’t connect at all. My computer doesn’t recognize my phone, period. Plug in and nothing happens. I REALLY F**KING HATE THESE PEOPLE NOW. You ask them to take care of ONE PROBLEM and they give you many more! So I am basically f**ked with having this phone now. They were what they were doing and wanted more money from me. Bunch of GREEDY F**KS!~
This is all Very, VERY sad. But again I surely learned my lesson, never doing business again with a a**hole place that that, EVER AGAIN…
