I worked with Paul recently towards securing an apartment for October 1. He compiled an organized list of options to view and what i really liked was that he organized the viewings in an order that allowed us to view them very quickly without alot of walking or waiting. We saw 5 options in under an hour which i felt was pretty reasonable. Some of them i liked, some of them i didn’t. Ultimately i chose the one i liked most and paul made sure to secure the place for me. The fee was a little higher than i was hoping for — 12 percent — but it was a co-​broke which he was splitting with another broker so i’ve been told in co-​broke situations 12 percent is not too bad. In either case he did his job and delivered everything promised. I will probably use him again thanks for getting the job done Paul! i appreciate it!
