Two Brothers Moving

Two Brothers Moving did a great job on a small but somewhat tricky move in upper Manhattan. One tricky bit was the need to take off our apartment door due to the width of the furniture, and put the door back. Sergei and team did this perfectly. The second challenge was our super, who warned us in advance to avoid marks or other damage to our one and only elevator, which lacked padding. Again, Sergei and team were great. They wrapped each furniture item with thick padding, with great care. The elevator was perfect after the move. We definitely recommend this company. Be sure to build in the possibility of a little extra time for the truck’s arrival, to take into account the always-​terrible Manhattan traffic. It was not a problem for us that the truck arrived an hour after the estimated time, especially since we had stupidly requested a rush hour time and Michael kept us well informed of the truck’s progress through frequent phone calls. The flat rate policy is a great solution for a small move.

They were quick, efficient and friendly. Showed up right on time and were done an hour earlier than we were hoping for. We moved out of a walk up building and they had no trouble getting two beds, a couch, and various other furniture down the stairs. Would highly suggest using them for a move!

Sergei and his crew were great! They were friendly and efficient! We moved from an apt on the 5^th floor to an apt on the 4^th floor. We helped a bit but they competed the job quickly and were very polite. I highly recommend!

This was my first time hiring movers in Brooklyn (have always done the Uhaul + free labor from friends thing) and I must say it was extremely smooth and painless. Mike was very professional and courteous during the phone scheduling. Sergei and his crew showed up right on time on the day of the move (7am sharp) and were very pleasant to work with. Calm, methodical, and quick. They charge a flat fee for a minimum 3-​hour job (95×3) and it’s a great deal + well worth it!
