History

Established in 1988.

In 1988 we chose San Francisco as the ideal location to start our real estate business. We had a dream: to be the pinnacle of real estate firms, distinguishing ourselves from other companies by successfully specializing in the Asian market and community. We were the first to embark on that dream – and it paid off! Now, in 2016, we are proudly celebrating our 28^th anniversary.

We have expanded since then and now have three offices on the West Coast: head office in San Francisco and one each in Richmond, California; our third office is located in Seattle, Washington. What’s more, we have our satellite offices in Guangzhou and Beijing, China.

In 2007, I moved to Seattle, Washington. I’ve always loved the outdoors, with its luscious green trees, and there weren’t much of that in San Francisco. Before I moved here, I frequently heard complaints about the Seattle’s weather — how the skies were always gray and it was always raining — but it never bothered me. Afterall, all good comes with the bad, it’s a packaged deal. I have been in the real estate industry since 1986; but in college, I worked in a property management company, known as Hopkins Development. That was where I developed my love for real estate. It is a rewards itself seeing my clients satisfied in buying, selling or having me to manage their real estate. At times, my job can be strenuous, but just like Seattle and its rain, I am willing to accept the challenges, for I enjoy seeing my clients’ properties well managed and its value appreciate in the long run.
