Five-​star service all the way! They were the only one that answered my phone call on Saturday when my garage door fell down. We ended up buying two top-​of-​the-​line garage door openers and three brand-​new roll up doors. It’s so nice to see somebody take pride in their work and actually care about their customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that’s looking for garage door repair or replacement. My experience with them was great. Oops! I backed into the garage door & my car was literally stuck in the garage! Found this company on Unilocal & gave them a call. The lady on the phone was very friendly & helpful. The repairman arrived within the hour & fixed the door to where you could barely tell anything had happened! The price was also very reasonable. My door didn’t open on Friday night, it was around 8pm and I started looking at Unilocal someone who can fix it. So I found this Company with plenty of good reviews and I decided to text them through Unilocal at night, and I was surprised they replied and gave me an estimate for fixing the door, at the end we set up an appointment for Saturday morning and arrived on time and carry on with the job in a very professional way. I called TEC on a Saturday. Travis answer my call shortly after and he made arrangements to come the same day to fix my garage door. The two young men showed up on time and were very professional. Another one of those dreaded groaning garage door motor and no movement of the Door. And now approaching New Years eve. A Unilocal search lead me to TEC Services. A call to the office and Sara set up for the worker to come later that day between 5 and 6. Travis the the owner of the business arrived at 6. He quickly diagnosed the likely failure and begin to dissemble the unit. I could not believe it as he removed the key components one by one to get to the failed roller. Within the hour Travis had reassembled the unit and set up the limits. He is an expert in his business and in addition a very outgoing gentleman. Wow… I just have to say, I am amazed at the service and professionalism shown by T.E.C. I messaged them last night at almost 8pm, and received a response back within 30 minutes on a Sunday night!!! No joke!
Travis came out the following evening after I got home from work. He was delayed about an hour, but called me ahead of the scheduled appointment time to let me know he would be running a bit late, and how long the delay would be. That is professional service right there!
He showed up and it was just a short time from his diagnosis and very reasonable price quote until the work was completed. He keeps an inventory of common parts on the truck so he didn’t have to go buy anything, he just kicked out the work. Very knowledgeable, personable, and has earned my business and all referrals.
Oh, and they also do concrete cutting, so if you are in need, hit up T.E.C. Services!

Excellent service and low prices. Travis responded right away and was done and we were back in business in about a half hour. He replaced our single springs (which broke into two) with a double spring and even tuned up the door opener. Travis is a extremely professional and efficient. His efficiency would be my only complaint, because now I feel a little guilty not going to work. But, I’m sure that will pass.

We had just moved into the new place and the garage door was already busted trapping my car inside. I needed it for work the following Monday, after the Christmas holidays. I called a few places but they said it would cost me emergency fees plus the cost of the repair for it to be done on Sunday. I am always stressed when I have unexpected expenses, so I was happy when I spoke to Travis.
Sunday morning he was right on time. We talked while he worked. He found the problem and quickly fixed it for a reasonable rate. I am so pleased I’d like to add five more stars to those above.

Garage door spring broke this morning. I prefer to support local businesses, and after seeing all the positive reviews T.E.C. was my first call. They set me up for a service call same day, 2 hours later. Perfect!
With full disclosure, Travis was a bit late getting out to us. I checked in via phone before the hour window was up and they let me know he was finishing another job and would be delayed about 30 minutes. He arrived within the second window and was immediately apologetic for the delay.
Travis was extremely personable and immediately got to work on our spring. He identified that the existing spring’s lifespan should have been about 10 years (it was 9+, so spot on there). Unfortunately, he didn’t have the same size in stock. He informed me we would probably get about 5 – 6 years out of the available replacement unless we wanted him to special order the original size — which is apparently a bit unique for the AV area houses. My impression was that he was being fully open and honest, not trying to upsell or hide the facts. I really appreciated that.
The replacement was done quickly. Overall cost was less than I expected. Despite the slight delay in arrival and not having the ideal part, I’m still going with 5 stars. I felt like I received professional, honest service. I’ll definitely call on them again in the future.
