I think the manager needs a little help in making choices and scheduling. You don’t tell people the drive thru is closed or isn’t working and then let people in line behind place an order. This is exactly what happened on Dec 2. There’s a way to coordinate the drive thru that works for other places, why can’t Zaxby’s try it. They currently have one person trying to take the orders, make the drinks, bag the food and be cashier too. This is impossible. You are losing money in the evening because there’s such a long wait time. 15 minutes is unheard of. Have three people instead of one…

Not a bad place if your looking for fast and decent food. On a lazy day this is the way to go

Typical fast food restaurant. The chicken is occasionally good (the chicken fingers have been on the dry and salty side recently), it’s a carbon copy of all the other Zaxby’s. I would give more stars if the drive thru line didn’t consistently take 15 minutes each time I have been. I also just ordered a to-​go order and get home to find it’s the incorrect order. Shame on me for not checking, I suppose. If the store wasn’t empty with 7 employees hanging around, I wouldn’t be so severe. Try the new Zaxby’s on the the other side of town, I know I will. Maybe they are more attentive and faster paced.
