My journey into the Val’s Mobile Grooming business venture began in March of 2014. With over 9 years of pet grooming experience, I believe the best experience for your pets is to groom them in an environment they are comfortable with.

One of the major objections that I had to overcome as a groomer working in a salon was to convince the pet owners that their pets were going to be taken care of and also be comfortable in their surroundings. As much as I could guarantee the treatment that they would receive from me, I could not guarantee that their pets would not be uncomfortable with kennels, other animals, and other hands from helpers assisting me with my grooms. The other objection I had to overcome was that many customers had issues with the shedding from their pets on the way to my salon as well as having to plan their days around drop off and pick up times. I did extensive research about mobile grooming services and came to the understanding that they could be improved upon. I developed a way for customers and clients (your pet (s)) to have grooming provided with minimal effort in the most comfortable environment I could provide, your home.
