Dr. Baird and her whole team are wonderful! They made us feel welcome and at ease from the moment we walked in the door. We interviewed 7 orthodontists and selected Dr. Baird for her experience, knowledge, facility, staff, and location. My son’s braces were completed within the exact time frame Dr. Baird estimated. Our entire experience was truly a joy — My younger son can’t wait to get into braces! When it is time we will absolutely be going to Dr. Baird!!!

Dr. Baird is an amazing orthodontist. I have 4 children and three of them so far have needed orthodontic care. I only wish all three had been lucky enough to see Dr. Baird. Her office is very easy to get to from Livermore, Pleasanton, and Dublin. The parking is a breeze. Her facility is top notch with high tech equipment to help give your child exactly what he/​she needs to make his/​her smile amazing. Having had experience with other orthodontists, we have been blown away with her honesty, integrity, and speed at which we are seeing HUGE improvements in my son (he is in Phase 1 and needed a palette expander). Her office is clean, welcoming and staff is super friendly and competent. Dr. Baird goes above and beyond, for example: I had a concern with a wire in my son’s mouth. I called and left a message on a Sunday (Mother’s Day to be exact) so that way I’d be the first one they called back on Monday. She called me back THAT day to make sure all was well and got us in first thing to get it checked out. Make Dr. Baird your orthodontist, you won’t be disappointed.

Like the previous reviewer, my 10 year old daughter is also going through braces and expanders. We switched from our previous orthodontist because they were uncaring and very inflexible in their approach. So far we are very happy with this orthodontist and her staff. The people who work here are caring and sweet. They have made the usually painful process fun and my daughter doesn’t hate going to an orthodontist anymore.

My 10 year old daughter is going through the process of expanders and braces. Dr. Baird and her staff are so kind and took the fear out of the process. She has fun games and incentives to keep good hygiene. My daughter loves the glasses you wear to watch movies during the longer processes. We also recently won her softball team a pizza party by Baird Orthodontics! We actually enjoy going to our visits. Beautiful, brand new facility too.

We have been with Dr. Baird for almost a year now. My 9 year old girl loves her! Dr. Baird is so professional, patient and kind. The office is state of the art and simply beautiful. My favorite part has been the flexibility with getting appointments, we never have a problem unlike most orthos that have limited openings. We are very happy with the choice we made. I would recommend her highly.

My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Baird. We both decided to go with the invisalign treatment even thought our dentist felt my husband’s teeth may require traditional braces, we met with Dr. Baird and she reassured us it was possible. A little over a year later, I have finished my trays and I am waiting for my retainer, I LOVE my new smile! Randy has a little longer to go his progress is amazing. When my husband visited his dentist for a cleaning he was very pleased with his progress. Dr. Baird, Jennifer and Lynn always great you with a smile. It is always a pleasure to refer Dr. Baird to our family and friends.

Dr. Baird and her staff are awesome! My daughter just started treatment in September and we couldn’t be happier. My daughter cannot wait to see them again. The office is beautiful and has all the state of the art technology. I would recommend Dr. Baird to everyone interested in orthodontics.

Dr. Baird and her staff were fantastic. I recently completed Invisalign treatment and I could not be happier. I am a Dental Hygienist and I am very particular about where I go for dental treatment. Dr. Baird’s attention to detail and beautiful, high-​tech office did not disappoint. Her staff members Jennifer and Lynn were always very kind and welcoming as well. I brought my son to Dr. Baird after getting a glowing referral from someone. My son was two years into wearing braces and he did not seem to be making progress, so I started exploring options and found Dr. Baird; thankfully. Dr. Baird is exceptional at explaining each step in a way we could understand. She assessed the situation, came up with a plan and in two months we saw more progress than in the past year plus. Seven months later the braces were off! My son was very, very happy and I was as well. Cannot say enough about the quality of Baird Orthodontics.

Completed treatment, and I couldn’t be happier! My smile is beautiful and should last forever (as long as I behave and wear my retainer this time around)! Dr. Baird was so patient, thorough and meticulous, I’m delighted with the results.
