Dr Thom and his staff are GREAT. I’m a 55 years old with Invisalign. They provide great service and friendly. My appointments start on time. I didn’t have braces as a kids to this is a new experience for me. Invisalign were right for me. I had to correct my bite. They are amazing with attention to detail and will not hesitate to order new trays if the current ones aren’t making the progress I need. I’ve got a couple trays to go and i’ll be all done. I highly recommend them.

There are messed up teeth, and there are messed up teeth. My teeth used to be as bad as they get with massive crowding. Fast forward a year and my teeth are about as straight as humanly possibly. The staff is gentle, super knowledgable, and alwayys make you comfortable. They’re scheduling is super flexible… but the most important thing is that Dr. Tom is simply a great othodontist. He knows what it takes to make EXTREMELY bad teeth look perfect. He didn’t have to pull any teeth either. That was a huge point for me. It’s no less than amazing what they have done with me, and I had been a pretty hard patient, missing a lot of time between appointments however Dr. Tom was always super positive and friendly. His staff is great and get you in and out quickly. I’m in the last leg of my treatment, and I’m sure I’ll be no less than amazed when the braces come off. I should have done this years ago, but glad I finally did!

Look, I’ve been through this orthodontist thing multiple times now. I’ve seen those from whom you should run, those who just couldn’t care less, and those without a clue.
For instance, my son was with a guy (who shall remain nameless) who said to me, «Well sir, what should we do next?» I replied: «You’re asking me? Aren’t you the professional?» If I was in charge it would be «O.K. son! Let’s go into the garage, let me break out the tools, the blow torch and let’s see if can’t put an appliance in your mouth!» I don’t know the firs thing about teeth and mouth appliances.
But I know who does!
Dr. Tom has this thing down to a science. You may laugh a bit because he says «Buddy!» an awful lot but don’t let that get in the way of the work he does. This guy is top drawer! And the line of people who come here is the proof in the pudding. My child’s mouth never looked better! And that million dollar smile tells the tale.

My son thinks Thompson is wonderful and is actually looking forward to his second round of braces. He has nice and friendly office staff and he makes the adults and kids feel at ease.

I just spent a year doing what my parents should have done many years ago. Dr Tom is a wonderful orthodontist… I would recommend him to anyone. He is cheerful, and spends the time you need to understand the process thoroughly. His staff is professional, fun, and very friendly, too. Now I have my braces off, and my pretty new smile! I look forward to my retainer checks, so I can go see these great folks!
