A terrible experience that ruined the moment. One guy of the three working there discriminated us for being Muslims. Couldn’t ask his name but he’s not omar. I went there to buy a cap, and he looked at me in a weird way and said the others gonna help and walked away. The other two apologized and said that he had to go for lunch. I didn’t think I’d face such an experience here.

eveytime i come to the mall i come here and look at their hats. hats are something that you just need to buy in person (especially if you are getting fitted hats). Hats always run different that is why buying online is hit or miss. This location always has many sizes and always has great service. I have even had my hats customized here and they have always done such a good job.

Omar rocks and is awesome (the only reason Lids still gets 5 stars)… but major b*tch alert on Bree! Avoid the Attitude Queen at all costs…
