I was shopping around the mall looking for a watch. Out of all there stores I went to in the mall these guys where incredibly helpful not to mention there store Is really cool to be in. Definitely will be back! Shout out to the manerger Samir for the great service.

I bought a Longines watch in this store and I was helped by Samir which is the manager. He was really helpful and friendly to customer by helping me look for a perfect fit watch based on my budget. When my watch have some scratches, I took it back and asked him to buffer it for me and he gave me for free without any charges. He also can give you a good interest on special financing. I would really recommend to buy watch from him because he is really good in taking care his customer relationship.

Everyone that works here gives you excellent customer service, I’ve made a wedding band purchase, wedding gifts, and every time I Get amazing help. Even if I go in with my own jewelry Samir and his staff will take care of you with great respect. Customer loyalty is very rare and important!

After several weeks of ring shopping, my wife and I decided to dedicate a Saturday to searching store after store until something felt right. We began at Valley Fair Mall in San Jose, where one can find a diamond store after every turn. Most stores had the same limited selection to feign scarcity and the same pushy salesmanship to force undesirable sales. Once one becomes just a little educated in the diamond trade, it’s easy to see the corporate conditioning breed falsehoods in salesmanship. Most salesman made me need to leave to keep my blood pressure down. Well, we hit up almost every store, and our last stop ended up at The Diamond Ring Company. It was exactly what we were looking for after all of the Shane Co, Ben Bridge, Baileys, etc experiences.
The selection on display is a good 5x what most stores present. Each style of ring is presented in a sequence with alternate patterns ranging in size and design. After trying on a few wedding bands to match her engagement band, my wife quickly found the design she was looking for. The salesman was not very personable, snapped at us for having a phone out to take a picture, and came in with a pseudo «let me make you a deal» price that was way too high given the comparable stores (almost $ 2400 for a relatively simple platinum band with small diamonds to the effect of 0.10 carat chips). We walked away determined to find the ring online, but a quick search deemed it pretty exclusive to The Diamond Ring Company. Resolved to get this ring but not give that clerk the commission, we drove from San Jose to Pleasanton to a different Diamond Ring Company in Stoneridge Mall.
The manager (Samir) greeted us quickly, heard our story and immediately set out to help. Though they did not have our desired ring in stock, he called the other store to figure out the ring in question and printed out images to make sure we felt good about the order. He didn’t ever try to force a sale, came in with a better price, and then knocked and additional $ 200 off for our inconvenience. I asked him if we could do any better if we bundled my band into it as well and he came down the equivalent of another $ 200. Both of our rings had to be ordered since they aren’t traditionally stocked in platinum. Samir helped explain the process and left us feeling very good and rightfully excited about finding our bands. What’s more, he continued to answer questions and indulge our window shopping after our sale was completed and it was clear we would not be making another purchase.
Our rings came in within the time window as promised. Samir took a good deal of time to explain to us the process of how to register our rings and what can be expected with future maintenance. I wish we had simply started at this store. Their selection is wonderful and covers a wide range/​budget of options. It’s a good middle point between the low end Zales and the irrational Tiffany’s. I highly recommend their Stoneridge Mall location, if not just for the unique, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service from Samir.

After nine years, the love of my life proposed. We wanted the perfect ring for a fair price. So glad we chose The Diamond Ring Store in Stoneridge. Samir was very helpful showing us options that fit our taste and budget. He also educated us on the different types of diamond certifications.

If it was possible I would give this place 10 stars out of 5! I was so beyond impressed with the selection and quality of the rings at The Diamond Ring Co. I had been to one other jewelry store (which I wasn’t crazy about) before coming across this gem. Once I had stepped foot in here though, I knew my search for the perfect wedding ring was over! My husband ended up buying me my dream ring here along with an amazing enhancer to go with it. The manager Samir was so professional and not at all pushy like most salesman. He made my experience extremely pleasant and also gave me a very reasonable price that I couldn’t walk away from! Every day I look down at my hand and am instantly reminded of how happy and lucky I am to have such a beautiful wedding ring to wear, not to mention I get compliments on it daily. I also came back and picked out my husband’s wedding band here which Samir helped me with as well and gave me a great deal for this one too! I left The Diamond Ring Co extremely confident with my purchases both times. I was happy with all of their store policies, one of my favorite being that any time I’m in the mall I can walk in to their store and get my ring cleaned for free! I would absolutely without a doubt recommend The Diamond Ring Company to everyone, such a wide variety to choose from that I’m sure you are bound to find your dream ring too! I was very impressed with the service and quality of the ring that we purchased from them, they are easy to deal with and they have an on site person there to size the rings so you don’t have to wait for it to be sent out.

I had no idea where to start or look for my fiancé’s wedding band. I had a dream ring in mind that I found online and immediately forgot about it once I saw the selection at The Diamond Ring Co. There was one particular ring that I feel was made for my fiancé and Samir did a wonderful job assuring I went home with it. He was straight to the point and professional. FAKE JEWELRY!!! Worst experience ever with this company they were a hassle since the first day I walked into the store. My boyfriend had gone in and put a deposit on a ring a week later we go back to get the ring and come to find out they had SOLD the ring even with the $ 100 deposit we didn’t make a big deal they said it would be a week for the ring to be ready, sized, and engraved and we still purchased a Michael Kors watch and a friend purchased an engagement ring from them as well that same day. We go back to pick up the ring a week later the ring isn’t ready we go back the next week the ring is finally «ready» but not engraved we said ok we took it anyway. The day after getting the ring a diamond fell off we take it back to get it fixed once again they took longer than they had promised us we finally get the ring back the next day same thing happens diamond falls off AGAIN a friend of ours who is a jeweler looked at the ring and told us it was NOT a 14k ring that it was a 10k ring! So we got it checked out a few more places they all came back as 10k this company tried to do everything possible to not give me our money back their own Jeweler even checked it and also said it was 10k not 14k! They didn’t give me a refund until I got a lawyer involved. This store sells FAKE JEWELRY I do not recommend this place to anyone they are BAD BUSINESS!!! SAMIR, SHAMAL, AND SAGIT ARE FRAUDS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR COMPANY !!! I hope they get shutdown and if you have purchased from this company I would go get an evaluation on your purchase because it might not be what they claim it to be. Hope this review helps so no one goes through what I had to go through with this horrible company. This was at the store in the Pleasanton mall we also had to drive two hours every time because we are not from Pleasanton.

My girlfriend, now fiancé went to several different places looking for the right ring and diamond. I stumbled upon the diamond ring co in valley fair mall in Santa Clara. I met Samir and the Verragio representative who steered me in the right direction. I ended up purchasing the ring and the diamond several months after. My fiancé couldn’t be happier :)

This was the last store in the mall my girlfriend and I stopped at. We were tired from the other stores and the sales associates. Tired of the low quality diamonds trying to be passed off as great diamonds. We walking in the diamond ring company and a sharp dressed gentleman greeted us with a smile and had humble attitude. This gentleman’s name was Shamal. He knew his product and product placement in the store. He was unbelievably helpful with his advice, pricing, and sense of humor. Shamal, if you’re reading this, you are the man. The diamond ring company’s pricing is by far the best I’ve seen at any other store or even most websites. We didn’t even buy anything but Shamal earned my business for life based on how he didn’t push hard like most sales persons. He just wanted us to make a good decision and stay in our budget. Hopefully I will be back in within a couple days to buy after my girlfriend and i make our decision. I definitely will buy from him specifically. Shamal is a class act and The Diamond Ring Company is second to none.

If I could give this place a zero star I WOULD! The employees here judge the customer by the look and only approaches you if only they think you are potential customer who’ll be making purchases. Came here to look at a verragio wedding band, I wanted to adjust the verragio style to fit my customize engagement ring. The employee asked to take measurement of my engagement ring for info, he was CARELESS and LEAVE MARKS/​DENTATION on my engagement ring from using the measurement tool!!! If you are looking for real services than you should not be coming here. Just by the way the employees handling a customer personal item can tell you alot about how professional they are. Diamond Ring Co, will not be the place if you are looking for employees who are jewelry lover. The employees’ profit and commission are more important than customer!!!

I’ve purchased two items, a ring and a watch, from this new location and on both occasions I was very happy with the experience. Shamal was kind enough to recognize me and help me find the perfect watch today. It is refreshing to have someone actually listen to what I’m saying about budget and style. Shamal never tried to steer me away from less expensive items to make a better sale. He seemed genuinely interested in my satisfaction. I also enjoyed the great discounts I got on each piece! The other thing I liked about the store was that it didn’t have blocks and blocks of choices but just enough stock in each category to make it enjoyable to shop. Second floor of Stoneridge Mall. Overall, the company has great quality and have been in business for quite a while. I have also shopped in their Southland Mall location. They carry top brands. Their policies are great as well.
