Red Oak Transportation

We highly recommend Red Oak after using them for our wedding transportation. Red Oak provided us with a flexible and warm planning process as we attempted to tabulate the numbers and our guest shuttling needs to and from the hotel to the wedding venue. On the day of the wedding, the shuttles promptly arrived, the drivers were friendly and the vehicles in fabulous condition. We did several runs that began with the wedding party and family to the venue for photos early in the day. Our guests arrived punctually prior to our ceremony without a hitch and the shuttles returned to pick guests up at the end of the evening for several runs. When a handful of our friends and family hung back on the dance floor past the party’s completion, Red Oak kindly sent the bus back for an additional run to ensure their safe and comfortable return. Thank you for such smooth, professional and excellent service.

Red Oak provided shuttle service for our wedding guests. We were very pleased with our experience with them! We contacted Steve months ago and he put a hold on the transportation for us, without even officially booking. He was a pleasure to work with. The shuttle service was very accommodating and we had no complaints. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend!

contacted them 10 days before my daughter’s recent wedding. steve was very helpful and professional in arranging for shuttle busses from hotel to venue and back. even provided us with drivers’ cell numbers. moved 50+ people smoothly.

We used Red Oak for our wedding (which included an incredibly complicated shuttle, a limo, and a town car, as well as a rehearsal dinner bus). Everything went so smoothly and multiple guests commented on how awesome the drivers were. Steve, who helped with the arrangements was so knowledgeable and patient! It must have taken well over 25 emails and a month or two to get everything perfect and he was wonderful each step of the way. I definitely recommend!

We used Red Oak Transportation for my daughter’s wedding last week. We dealt with Steve who was extremely helpful even though our transportation needs kept changing. We have been a customer of Red Oak for years, mostly for transportation to and from the airport. The drivers are always on time, courteous and professional, and the cars are very comfortable and clean.
Easy to make reservations, the dispatchers don’t rush you for the info, and I don’t feel like I’m talking to someone in a crazy call center. I’ve never sat on hold for more than a few seconds.
Yes, they are on the expensive side, but they’re worth it. I’d rather pay a little more and not have to worry about self-​parking at JFK (horrible), or driving home after a long flight.

Red Oak was amazing! We had 100 visitors from overseas visiting and arranged our transposition with Ed. All of these buses were exceptionally clean, the drivers were courteous, and the service was perfect. Our driver Jose was great and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Red Oak Transportation is top notch! We have used them for transportation to the city for corporate events, and even had them send a shuttle to Maryland to pick up guests for our holiday party. All of their vehicles have been new models and kept very clean. Driver arrive early and are very courteous.

After searching through every car and taxi company that White Plains has to offer, it was clear by the reviews for Red Oak That I had to go with them. They not only lived up to their reviews, but they surpassed my expectations. The driver was 10 minutes early for pick up, helped me with my suitcase, and got me to the airport quickly and safely. I would recommend spending the extra money to use this company for transportation it is totally worth avoiding the nightmarish experiences produced by other taxi companies that don’t charge much less. I have a wedding in January 2014 and have alot of transportation needs. I called Red Oak 3 times. I was told Steve was the only one who could help me and he would call me right back. Even the lady who answered the phone swore that Steve would call me right back. I never heard from him.
I called J and R Tours and it was a pleasure. I spoke to a very nice woman and I booked with them.
No one should ever call Rd Oak.. I feel it is very disrespectful not to return a call. I can’t imagine that their service is any good if they can’t do some as simple as answer a customer.

Red Oak was the limo service for my bachelorette party. My husband (then fiancé) treated me and my best friends who had all flown thousands of miles here for my wedding to some very nice transportation. Our stretch limo was shiny and clean and our driver was professional, kind, and seems to enjoy his job. The bill that my husband got afterwards was exactly as quoted, with no surprises.

Thank You to Vinny and the Red Oak staff for making the transitions of our wedding weekend safe and stylish! Our wedding weekend flowed with a great rhythm with much thanks to Red Oak Transportation. We chose Red Oak after much research, because they met our needs and matched our budget. We hired them for the rehearsal dinner and all wedding day transportation. Overall, the service was classy, the vehicles were excellent and there were no snags or time issues. I had a stress-​free ride to the church from my hotel and felt like a beautiful bride when the driver helped me out of the limo to the steps of the church on that sunny winter morning. The service was top notch and our party bus driver even let us have an impromptu sing fest on the way to the hotel after the reception. These memories are forever etched into my memories and I am happy we chose Red Oak to be part of them.

We currently reside on Manhattan’s UWS but previously lived in Westchester for over 25 years and consistently used Red Oak Services for our family, and for our younger children once we moved back to the city –?when they needed transportation to/​from college, to/​from Westchester to visit etc. We have found that there really is no more flexible transportation service in Westchester than Red Oak. Whether you simply need a ride to or from the airport, or someone to drive your elderly parent, or even just want a romantic evening in the city without the hassle they are the best!!! We trusted them to pick up our daughter and her friends to treat her to her 21^st birthday in style. They dove all of them to a downtown restaurant in the city, waited while we ate, drove us back uptown for dessert, waiting again, and then brought our daughter and her friends back to Westchester safe and sound. Ir seems they always go that extra mile. They were reliable and friendly and also safe. It was a first class experience and made our daughter feel like a princess. What we also like about them is that they are civic minded and are a family owned business for several generations. .So the next time you need a driver or just want to treat yourself and avoid the headaches of driving, traffic and parking call Red Oak! I’ve traveled with Red Oak countless times. My company has a corporate account with them and on the whole we probably use them over 100 times each year. The cars are clean and in great condition, the drivers are professional and always arrive early, the ride is always smooth, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend.

Red Oak was our shuttle bus service for our wedding. There was not one complaint from any of our guests and they were kind enough to make an extra stop back at the country club to pick us (the bride and groom) up after everyone had left. They are priced wonderfully and are very professional.

If only the airlines were as professional, comfortable, helpful and convenient as my airport transportation from Red Oak, my travel would be perfect.
After having tried several other car services and experiencing awful results — including not being picked up at the airport; a Town Car that had duct tape on the passenger seats; and a driver whose driving ability made me wondered how he passed a license test — I realized that maybe finding a car service through a Valpak mailer and shopping on price alone was not the best strategy.
So, a friend recommended Red Oak to me, and, since then, I’ve been a devoted passenger who’s never looked back. Red Oak’s vehicles are spotless and well appointed; the drivers are courteous and skilled; and service is on time, every time. There hasn’t been a single instance where I’ve walked out my front door and Red Oak hasn’t already been waiting. Similarly, they are always waiting for me in the arrivals area when my flight lands. The greeting is friendly, and the ride is smooth.
I have to tell you, it’s really nice not spending the night before a flight wondering whether my airport ride will show up or whether I’ll make it to the airport, or home, safely. But the great thing about Red Oak isn’t just that they’re reliable enough to remove the worry — they actually make transportation a pleasure. White glove treatment every time.
