Coach Lia Dunlap has been in business in Portland, OR since the beginning of 2010. However, Lia R. Dunlap, CCHT has been working and practicing Hypnotherapy and Power Plan Coaching for over 20 years.

I had my first hypnotherapy session ever with Lia Dunlap last week. After a recent unexpected job loss (just after the holidays) it seemed like the perfect time to work on me — and a stress reduction session was a wonderful gift to myself. Having never done hypnotherapy I felt a little bit nervous, but as soon as I arrived I felt comfortable and incredibly at ease. Lia took the time and care to share some history and information about hypnotherapy, which I appreciated. And the session itself was soooooo relaxing, like soul relaxing. It was pretty awesome! It felt like time slowed down and I got to zen out, away from my real life for an hour. I just booked my next session! Thanks Lia!

I worked with Lia and went through her 13 week program. 1 ½ years later I’m still achieving my goals, but on my own, by using the tools she taught me. Last week I posted my car on Craig’s list and effortlessly sold my car in 30 mins. Last month I paid off all my credit cards I had been slowly working on for 4 years. Once I started focusing on it with her tools the cards were paid off in 3 months! My current goals are to purchase a new car in cash, purchase a new house in 2012 and pay for my wedding in cash.
