The worst place to have your oil changed. They took my old oil filter off before realizing they didn’t have the right oil filter to replace it. Are you kidding me. Now stuck here trying to figure out our next move, will never make this mistake again if I could rate it no stars I would

We went to Jiffy lube for an oil change for our daughters car, it was frustrating to learn after she’d returned to school, that the Oil Cap had been broken, thus spraying oil all over the engine. when she called a spoke to a manager, He explained all she had to do was bring the car back in and receipts and they would take care of it. Unfortunately she’s south and not able to come back. When we did bring in our receipts to take care of this the manager was RUDE and short. Kept explaining the guy who did this was no longer with the company and he was left to deal with it. He made me fell as i was at fault. What made it worse was when i explained how this happened he was wasn’t willing to just credit the invoice (we bought wiper blades) also. he went thru the tedious task of subtracting out the oil and oil change and then when i asked how will he be reimbursing me for the replacement oil we had to get when she returned to school along with another oil cap and engine clean, he didn’t want to hear, just kept explaining how bad of a day he’d had? REALLY? isn’t there any Customer Service left there?
Take your car up the street — they aren’t worth it.

The workers here are beyond classless and unprofessional. My husband got an oil change at this location last week and two of the employees mocked his car for being an automatic within earshot of him (one was larger Hispanic guy with facial hair and the other was a young blonde haired guy). Really? This is how you act at work? Make fun of customers? Making it a point to never go here again and let others know the caliber of people working there.

Took my Miata in for an oil change. Wait time 30 minutes. One of the employees was very friendly and came out and chatted with me most of the time about Miatas. Next day my husband called me at work and said there was a big puddle of oil on our garage floor. I went out at lunch and checked under my car and found another big puddle. I work nearby Jiffy Lube and was unable to come in after work so called and asked that they come to my work and fix the problem. The lead technician promptly came to my work, jacked up my car, and checked it out. He found that the support under the oil drain had not been properly cleaned and could hold quite a bit of old old. The filter and plug were in tight. Glad there was no actualy problem but not so happy about the oil in my garage or the concern it created. Do appreciate their attempt to fix the problem.

Best jiffy lube I’ve been too. My check engine light came on the day I was going to get my oil change and they went above and beyond to help me fix my car. Great place!

This place needs to work on their customer service and professionalism. Making a customer walk across the street to get parts which were out of stock. Then they charged me to put them in, absolutely ridiculous!

Jiffy Lube has improved over the years. Gone is the sell pressure (except for hey you got a rock chip) of years past. You get a much better value then Oil Can Henry$. When you have 4 cars to change oil every 5K or so it gets expensive.
I am always greeted with smiles and friendliness. They are quick and to the point here. Seems to be the trend in their shops from the three I visit.

Quick oil change businesses seem to rely on add on services after up selling people. I went to this jiffy lube until I had really poor service. I was fed up and decided to start changing the oil myself. I have a few observations I want to share.
1). During the upsell stage of your visit, an employee will bring you your air filter and show it to you. Often the filter is marginal or needs to be changed. If you agree, many auto part stores often have better filters and a monkey can change them.
2). A semi trained circus monkey can change oil. Check out YouTube.
3). If you HAVE to go to jiffy lube, expect the upsell. Tell them you are selling/​trading in the car and all you want is the oil service.
4). Doing minor repairs on cars is easy and fun. I taught my 16 year old daughter how to change the oil and she caught on in a short time.
5). I have heard the filters and oil are discounted due to poor quality at Jiffy Lube. I don’t know for sure but look it up and see what you find/​think.
6). Check your owner book for oil change intervals. Most cars suggest 5000 – 7000 mile changes. Few if any require 3000. Do not go by the sticker they put in your window. May be right or wrong and you may be overpaying by changing oil too often.
My bad experience had to do with time waiting, the service person running his oily fingers on my newer air filter when he showed it to me. I would think it would mess up the filter. They also do not take well to a customer pointing out any complaints. if you can, change your oil yourself and get a better product and better price. It is simple.

Very fast service and they were also able to repair my windshield which was great. They also could reset the codes in the Mercedes. Which a lot of places are not able to do.

This Jiffy Lube has the friendliest, most caring employees I have ever encountered. The customer service is phenomenal. The only thing is they said they would fix my turn signal light and when I arrived home I checked and it still wasn’t working. Also I requested all fluids be filled and yet I still had no window wiper fluid when I left! I don’t get it. I am still deciding whether I want to go back because although the service was fast and pleasant, how can I trust them to do what I have asked?

The staff was fast, funny, and incredible. Best experience I’ve ever had at auto service location. Best customer service. The manager and the specialist that helped us did an unbelievable job. We had our car serviced at a different location a few days ago where they messed up, took our jeep to this Jiffy Lube and they fixed the issue in less than 10 min!

Oh my gosh! Best experience ever! Came in here with an oil problem from another oil change at a different place, and they more than took care of me!
Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life… Ever… Next time I roll through town I’m going to get an oil change here.

They stained my car seats and panels. Agreed to pay for the cleaning. Got the car detailed today and now they are denying that they agreed to pay for it.
The assistant manager Timothy is very rude. He humiliated me and treated me as if I was a criminal. I paid for an oil change, not harrasment!

There is a wait time, but they are always nice.

Shame on me for keep coming here. Been here four time Always wait for over forty minutes. Once people that showed up 20 minutes after me left before me. «Fixed» my brake light with the wrong bulb. Do not come here.

Gosh darn it, I wish I could remember the name of the technician that assisted me, but I’m pretty sure he was the manager. I have a small SUV that has high mileage and burns through the oil quickly. My oil was low and I was overdue for an oil change, but I just needed enough oil to get me down the street to an appointment that I was already late for. The technician helped me by topping off my oil and helping me to turn around in the one way drive through so I could make my appointment. I so appreciate the help and will be back, even if it’s out of my way.

had the oil changed in my Nissan here last month. The workers are super friendly and get you in and OUT very quickly… They try to upsell a lot… but that’s their job.
They forgot to install the little window sticker that reminds you when the next oil change is… but no big deal.

I will never step foot into a Jiffy Lube again and I had been going to various Jiffy Lubes for many years.
I had my car serviced at this location a couple of weeks ago. The customer service was terrible and they were incredibly rude to me for not buying the upgrades for high-​mileage oil and a fuel filter. They serviced 2 cars in front of mine who arrived after I did. I mentioned it nicely when my car was finally finished and told I didn’t know what I was talking about, the floor manager knew what he was doing.
When I left, my car immediately started running like crap so I made the mistake of going back that same week to have them check the fluids. They looked at my engine and had to fill the steering fluid which was low, making me wonder if they filled it at the original service. Then the guy tells me, we told you that you needed the high mileage oil when you were here last and you didn’t listen, that’s why your car is running poorly. I have talked to 2 mechanics since about high-​mileage oil, there are some benefits to it but it will not affect the way your engine runs.
My car continued to run very poorly so I took it to a mechanic today. He could tell immediately what was wrong, all of my vacuum hoses had been unhooked which caused my intake system to be full of carbon which had to be cleaned. The mechanic, who has a good reputation and is ASE certified said that he didn’t think that could happen accidentally because it was all of my hoses, not just one, and one was pinched shut.
The only ones who have been under my hood in the last 5 months have been Jiffy Lube technicians. I can’t say for sure that they did some malicious, but this was either deliberate or incompetent. Either way, you’ll never catch me at Jiffy Lube again. My $ 19.99 oil change just went up another $ 150 in repairs.

They take forever, try to upsell like crazy, aren’t friendly, and left a part on the floor of the passenger side without telling me what it was or why they took it out. Careless and inconsiderate, don’t trust your car to these cons. Especially if you’re a girl going in on your own.
