Worst experience with Portland Plastic Surgery Group, Dr. Yale S Popowich. He performed my first surgery which he placed the implant way too high so my boobs were below. He then had me pay to go through another surgery which he decided to take massive amounts of breast tissue away. I have been advised to seek a surgeon to fix. This company refuses to call back and after thousands and thousands of dollars spent I now have to fix Dr Popowich’s results if it’s even possible because he took so much breast tissue away according to a new mammogram. Could not be more disappointed in the result and the response from Dr Popowich:(
