Worst coffee in Pullman, BYFAR. If they get your drink right, you will barely be able to taste the coffee in it. I order Americanos because I like the taste of coffee, but even after having them remake the drink twice it still tasted like crap. The only thing worth ordering are their frappes. Save your time and money and go to Dissmores Espresso where their coffee tastes like coffee for a portion of the price.

I will go to the Daily Grind on Main St., but the coffee here is just OK. It is worth parking and going into the Starbucks that is two blocks away as the service and coffee are better than this little drive through.

I love the ladies who work at this Daily Grind Espresso stand. They are both pleasant, kind, and very friendly. Today I came by and the menu was not in it’s usual place, which was against the outside wall of the establishment. The young lady explained why they didn’t have the menu up and since it was my second time going there, I didn’t really know what they were serving. In any other instance, an employee who do not have customer service training and skills will sometimes unknowingly come across rude and make the customer feel stupid. However, with this lady, the treatment was just royalty, she gave me the option of making a drink I like and in choice of flavoring. I love my coffee this morning! It was delicious, and it was not too hot or too lukewarm, it was just right. I know they have other DG stand in town, and because of how I was treated, I will only visit this Espresso stand. Thank you for delivering an excellent customer service, the small things… being friendly, greeting with smile, listening and thanking us for visiting goes a long way in customer service.

Friendly service and inexpensive coffee drinks that are much better than the major corporation that I shall not name. Staff was super knowledgable when I felt I had dumb questions about what was in the drinks. All in all I will take an extra few minutes to go out of my way to drive through here!

I don’t know if it is because I’m a Seattle gal, forever and always, but this coffee isn’t the best. I mean, it does just fine in a pinch. But overall, it’s rather watery/milky, not a strong coffee bean flavor, and the flavors are a little on the light side. It also depends on which staff is working. I have found very few who are friendly, and the friendlier ones seem to invest more into actually making a good cup of java. The others just seem like they’re are there to make a check while working through school. I know that that is an assumption on my part, but they just seem half invested and lackadaisical about actually creating a quality product. I feel that quite a few of the barista’s at this location really need retraining in a good, strong, quality cup of espresso. Why do I still go? Because it’s the only drive through espresso I have found in the area, and there are times when a pinch happens(little late for work let’s say) and a quick cup is needed. Will I return, most likely, java is java is java.

This is a great local Pullman spot to order some quality drive-thru coffee! My girlfriends and I would swing by this little java stand before making the longgggggg trek back to the West side of the state and I just loved getting the little chocolate-covered espresso bean on top of my delicious blended coffee treat. When I’m feeling nostalgic of my college days, I often times think back fondly on the DG and crave myself a Vanilla Freeze. Mmmmmmm… Yeeee-uhm! OH! And who doesn’t love punchcards? They’ve got ‘em!
