As a professional DJ, I can say that Tony and his team at Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental is the best place to go for any gear rentals. The gear is great, high end and well taken care of. The rental process is easy and the team is nice. Whenever traveling to Western Washington, I get my gear from Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental and recommend any other DJs who need gear in the area do the same.

If you are not sure what you will need to make the night go off without a hitch. The staff is there with a quick and informative response be weeks, days or minutes before or during your event. They are there to show you how to setup and make sure that you are comfortable.
On top of the superior service the prices are by far the best in the greater Seattle area. Prices are very low compared to National land local businesses for the same high end equipment.

Our church, Living Word Lutheran Church needed a spotlight for our Maundy Thursday Living Last Supper play that we put on every year. He was very helpful, showed me how to use it effectively. Gave me some very good pointers. Of course we’ll go back to him again for any of our audio and lighting needs. His prices are also very affordable for our church.

Absolutely great customer service and helpful. We were having a large event for work and in the process we realized our audio system would not work with our set up as we were having a panel presentation and needed at least 3 microphones and our system would only work with 1. Spoke with Tony and he had a package that would work for us utilizing our on-​site speakers. Had a few delays because of our procurement process, but we were able to pick up the system and get back to the office in-​time to set up and test it out… Then we realized we needed two more cords to run from the equalizer to our speakers because we only had 1 and when we called Tony he said he had two 25ft cords available. Thanks again for the great customer service.

I found out I had to supply a Blu Ray Projector for a wedding less than a week before the event. I did a last minute search on Google and the search resulted in Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental. Frankly I never heard of this company and did not know what to expect. I sent an email to Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental (PSPAR) via their website expecting an answer in a few days. Was I surprised! I received an answer in less than 20 minutes from the owner Tony. Over a series of email question and answers Tony knew and suggested a projector system that I needed. I had a projector reserved for an event within 2 days of my initial search at a fair and reasonable price. I had my questions answered in a very timely basis. For example I had a question regarding Audio wires. I sent Tony an email late Sunday afternoon not expecting an answer till Monday. I had an answer by that same Sunday at 6 PM. What company provides that high quality customer service! The story did not end there. The wedding party also rented special lighting for the wedding from PSPAR. On the day of the event right on time Dan, of PSPAR, showed up at the wedding location with the projector and the lighting system. He calmly and professionally set up the projector, showed me how it worked and went on to set up the lighting. The projector worked perfectly and the lighting enhanced the ambiance of the wedding venue. When I returned the lighting and the projector the day after the event, I found Dan coming out the door as we were parked. Dan helped us by taking the equipment out of our car and back into the building. I am very impressed with this company’s commitment to high customer service and professionalism. Tony and Dan are true professionals and I will definitely recommend Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental my friends and family. A+ Service.

Tony was extremely professional and very responsive to our emails. We had pick up and delivery for a sound system and lights. The guy who dropped it off set it up and showed us how to use it and it was very easy to use. It was a great addition to our wedding and we highly recommend them.

The customer service excellence started from the moment I landed on Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental’s website — Tony popped on in a chat box, and we had an online conversation right then and there about the kind of audio support I needed for my work event, including a price estimate. That was quickly followed up by an email with the contract to secure the date and equipment. Fast forward a few weeks — Tony showed up right at the appointed time, went straight to work setting things up, and then gave me a quick tutorial on how to run the sound board and professional-​quality microphones (no small potatoes, considering my electronic skills consist of mastering an On/​Off switch). But Tony made it as easy as possible for even someone like me to run. I would definitely use Puget Sound Pro Audio Rentals again, and would recommend them to my friends and colleagues as well. 5 Stars.

We had a great experience with Tony last October when finances made us forgo the DJ for our wedding and rent the sound equipment. Tony was really helpful, showing us how to operate everything and even offering some much needed suggestions! The prices were extremely affordable, equipment was in great shape, pick up and drop off was really quick and easy. I highly recommend them, they are very affordable and we had a great experience!

I will preface this by saying that I am a complete novice when it comes to most things electronic or computer-​related so it was with a bit of trepidation to find a supplier of AV equipment that would be able to put my mind at rest and walk/​talk me through the equipment set-​up. Tony couldn’t have been nicer or more patient with my newbie questions. The equipment itself that he expertly recommended for the size of the room couldn’t have been better prescribed. The equipment: sound system and LCD projector/​screen couldn’t have been more top-​quality. You also couldn’t beat his pricing. I thought it was incredibly reasonable for the equipment I received. I would not hesitate to recommend Tony and Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental to anyone looking for AV equipment for their event. I couldn’t have been more pleased and thanks to Tony, the event, my parents 50^th Anniversary Party was a huge success! My only minor complaint and I attribute this more to my lack of computer know-​how was that it wasn’t thoroughly explained to me how to link up my laptop screen with what was being projected on the screen and after a few frantic moments at the event when I was setting up, thanks to Tony’s immediate return phone call (after hours), he was able to talk me through it. Will definitely rent from Pro Audio again the next time I need this type of equipment!

I rented some equipment from Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental and had an all around great experience. Tony met me near my friends wedding reception site to give me the gear and made himself available late that night to return it.
