Came here to get my car fixed from an accident that occurred. Right from the beginning they were very helpful and friendly. They kept in constant contact with me and my husband on what they were doing to the car and when it would be ready. Day of pickup my car looked amazing! Highly recommend this place for all your car needs. Everyone there was great!

Rocky and his wife Janine are great. Rocky always does a great job. We have been taking all our family cars here for years. I would highly recommend coming here as the work is always flawless.

Got rear ended on the freeway, it was nothing major but did leave a small dent from the truck behind me having bars in the front of his Baja style trophy truck. I was referred here by the driver whom was super apologetic and assured me they would be able to handle the damage. Rocky personally assured my vehicle would look like new and he did not lie. Jeanine was very patient with my estimate and the communication was great. The had my vehicle for a few days, removed the dent and even painted the entire rear panel to ensure it would match. Top shelf quality work with a guarantee and excellent customer service. Thank you!!!

Awesome shop! Sadly enough I have had to bring my cars here do to car accidents. They are always very courteous and helpful. They are Mercury approved! I wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else!

This is a late review, since I had my car repaired last year, but a friends accident reminded my of my experience. I do not recommend Rockys to anyone. Although the quality of work was adequate, their customer services is extremely lacking. I was hit by someone and chose the shop because it was close. The amt of damage was in the thousands, every check I received from insurance com, I promptly turned over to Rockys. I did have some scratches on opposite side of car and had it fixed knowing I had to pay for it. Upon them calling me to say car was finally done, I went after work to pick it up, (my pay day was the next day and I am a RN that makes decent money) I was rudely told I could not take the car home until the $ 100 was paid in cash, I explained I get paid the following day to no avail, they wouldn’t take a check or my husbands credit card over the phone. By this time, the shop was closing shortly, I had to turn in rental as well because they said they are reporting the work was done on this day and the rental then would not be covered. Thinking quickly, I called a friend who saved the day and came over with the measly $ 100. I felt this was extremely petty and very unfriendly businesslike. I will never take my cars their again and will continue to let friends know to go elsewhere.

Let me start off with their quality of work which is actually good. But I must had bad luck or something because somehow my windshield was broken during the time they had my car and Rockys wife tried to make up an excuse saying the crack was already there and it could have expanded from opening and closing the door. The positive is that she didn’t notate any windshield cracks during the initial inspection drop off so they did eventually eat the cost and replace my windshield.

I have used Rockys twice now… Once a few years ago and just last month. Both times they have been awesome and their work is amazing. As I pulled up to pick up my car, I could not believe how awesome the work was. I will always recommend this place. Work was excellent, customer service was excellent —

Awesome customer service… they really know how to treat customers and their repair work is spot on. My dad took my Honda in for front bumper repair and I was not able to pick him up so they gave him a ride home. Rocky., thank you for making this such a great experience and your team is awesome!

I went in for a Dent I did they quoted me 1900 dollars for a soft ball dent. Seemed a little high I went to 4 other high end body shops they all were around 600 to 800 for the repair. What a crook

I have never come across an auto shop that cares so much about their customers and offers complimentary beverages along with excellent customer service to everyone that walks in through their doors, until I came across Rocky’s. They fixed my car after I had an unfortunate accident.
Not only did the process finish smoothly but no one could notice I had even been in an accident after the fact. The paint was a perfect match and overall I had a great experience with all the staff. Jeanine was the one that I interacted with mostly and she made sure to call me for updates consistently and keep me in the know.
I absolutely recommend Rocky’s to anyone in the area, you will not be disappointed, oh and did I mention that they have a lifetime warranty on all of their work.

Definitely a good old fashioned place you can TRUST to keep their word! I was in a fender-​bender 6 years ago and the parts Rocky’s worked on needed to be replaced. They stand by their work for the life of the car, as long as you own it. I called them 6 years later and sure enough they stood by their word! They replaced everything they said that they would & went above and beyond my expectations! I have a 328 BMW and she looks just like new! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a trust worthy place which backs up their work. THIS IS THE PLACE! Their staff is nice and friendly and very thorough! Oh, and say hello to their lovely dog Sally who’s was also there 6 years ago when I first came in to get my car worked on. :) Thank you Rocky’s Auto Body & staff!

I went to this shop because of the high rating this they received on Unilocal,and I’m beyond grateful that I did. I told Sherri who was in the front office, my issue with my car and immediately she walked outside and seen it wasn’t too major of a deal and had someone help me and here’s the kicker, they didn’t charge me a dime. They just helped me… When does that happen anymore. This is an amazing example of how to earn a long time costumer and great for word of month. Thanks again Sherri for the help If I have any other issues with my mustang ill be back there for sure, but hopefully I won’t. ;)

A shop that is run very well, good work, and excellent customer service. They are well versed with insurance claims and the job was explained before the work was done, an AWESOME place to take your car.

I want to start by saying I signed up for Unilocal just to be able to review Rocky’s Auto Body. I was skeptical about my insurance wanting me to go to an auto body shop that was in their «network». I must say I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was great, the communication was outstanding and last but not least my car looked just like it did before the accident (and so much cleaner).I hope I don’t but if I ever need any auto body work, I will not hesitate to bring it here. I would highly recommend anyone that wants a pleasant, worry free experience to visit Rocky’s, you will not be disappointed.

I was recently involved in an accident where i was rear ended on the freeway. I was looking for a shop near my home and also near work and the reason I chose Rocky’s Auto Body: they had been recommended to me by multiple insured’s and claimant’s (I’m a claim adjuster for an insurance company). So I met with Jaenine at the shop, very nice and very informative at the initial inspection that took place. Vanessa there kept me updated Tuesday’s and Thursday’s on my vehicle status. When I got my vehicle back, wow… the car was like new again. Paint was a perfect match, the workmanship you could tell was superb. Not only did they fix my car, but they delivered it clean; it was washed and the inside detailed… wow. I recommend this shop to anyone and everyone in the area. Thank you again Rocky’s Auto Body! A+ service, hands down!

I use Unilocal quite often for reviews on restaurants and other services. I’ve never felt the need to post my own review until today.
After two weeks of owning my new car, I was involved in an accident. Rocky’s did an outstanding job fixing my vehicle and completed the work ahead of the time promised. The staff in the front office is second to none. They are all polite and professional and went out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
Rocky’s is a great family owned business who stands behind their work and I would definitely recommend them!

Called up a few autbody shops in Rancho, to see who could fix my driverside door. Rocky’s was very polite and professional. They seemed sincerely interested in my problem and wanted to help. Unlike when I called up Foothill Autobody they kept repeating to me to bring it in for an estimate, without even listening to what i wanted done on my vehicle. She seemed inconvienienced that I called like I ruined her manicure for making her pickup the phone or something.
So I decided to go with Rocky’s and I must say they have great customer service. They have wonderfully honest people. They didn’t try to give me a fluffed up estimate to try and sqeeze as much money out of me as possible. They did reliable, awesome quality work, and fixed my door without a hitch. I would def. trust my vehicle to be fixed here again.
