World Class Collisions Center Changed their name to Synergy Collision Centers. Same people same quality of work. Beware

these guys know me well, they know who i am, short important story, if you dont believe me check criminal records for the county this shop is located in. first i was granted a nice court ordered restitution for fraudulent activity these guys have done. second, they kept my car over 10 months, they were so bogus that they offered me rims for my car (the investigator for the state said they were known to do this to customers) dont go for it guys… its misleading and fraud. also theres over 4 insurance companies that have them tied up in court for many fraudulent charges. next, one or more is on probation for state findings of fraud and their license to practice have been provoked years ago. there are many pictures of my car filed in superior court and my car havent been the same since including purchasing of parts and not putting the parts on your car that the insurance approved. next, one week after they released my car to me my car caught fire. i decided myself to pay $ 1600 to a different repair shop. but im ok because my nice restitution chunk will pay for their wrong doings. i still have my vehicle if anyone would like to inspect and i can also point out a load of scamming work they have done. also i do have a case number, i won my case, and i do have the california investigators info that knows this body shop and by first name basis as though they have received many complaints and history of this body shop. folks be careful, sneak in on these guys, the ones that are not working do not have valid licenses including the owner. they will lie to the insurance company involving you in their criminal acts. but whos smiling now, again you can locate (if you get their full names) them in superior court criminal division and you will also see my name because the judge found my case to be the most interesting and shocking, folks i did not lose this case, they prosecutors won… and so did i. please as consumers do not make the same mistake i made, in todays world you can get instant resources and swift full information on any company, also court records are public records. my car’s value has went down due to all of this so i just decided to pay it off but i do fear driving it daily, it does very strange mechanical signals and the computer system says i have 10 things wrong including the seatbelt which all are false signals. my car only had a minor accidental body dent, now i have a monster on my hands, and they also take your new parts that you already have in/​on your car

If you are OK with not seeing your car for months — 3 to 4 months (min), have alternate mode of transportation for 3 — 4 months (or ready to pay $$ for rental car — beyond what your insurance company might cover, typically a couple of months) and OK with never getting an estimated date of delivery, even after a month of inspection and big talk — by all means… go ahead with these guys.
They will blame the insurance company, blame the parts and even blame the customer — for everything that goes wrong. Only time they are diligent about calling is when they want you to pay.
There is this guys, jimmy, not sure whether he is the manager, main tech or owner or one of his cronies — will tell you all the right things till you sign the papers and then will show you the middle-​finger, figuratively… all along.
There are many collision centers in town — go somewhere else. If you must give you car here for some weird reason — get everything in writing and get ready to sue. BTW, there is truth to all the bad ratings — that I wish I had read!
PS: James… repairs are not a complicated process and it your responsibility to ensure customers understand what they are signing — remember you are not repairing a space shuttle — take a crash course on ethics and business management… you will find the process to be easy w/​happy customers.

I have no idea why most of the reviews are attacking the business owner, I took my car in after a minor car accident recommended by my insurance. The staff was very helpful in explaining the different options available to me and while I was in the lobby the business owner, Jimmy introduced himself and reassured me he’d leave my car in the same condition I originally bought the vehicle in; if not, BETTER! I was impressed with the service I received and after a few days… I picked up my vehicle in much better condition than I had left it.
They were even able to match the specific paint from the manufacturer my car was originally coated with, I would not hesitate to recommend my family and my friends here in the future! Of course you wish and hope to never go back to a collision repair shop again in the future, but if anything were to ever happen to my car again, I would definitely bring it here!!! I suggest you do the same! Thank you Jimmy and staff for an easy hassle free experience and more importantly helping me out!

Concise review: Great service and fantastic work!
I personally don’t understand the poor reviews of this place, because when I went in to get my car fixed I was helped right away and the work was wonderful! My car came out looking like new after my incident. Everybody here was helpful and answered all of my petty questions and Jimmy was just fantastic every step of the way! I will definitely be back here for any job on my car!

Omg what poor service. I have been trying for two weeks to get a call back. I have called everyday twice asked for a manager. Left a number and nothing. Who runs a business like that… l can only assume you do not care for your customers. In this day and economy I would expect a little effort. Sorry guys you need to work on ethics.

Ekkkk! I recommend to avoid this place at ALL costs. The only word that I can think of to describe this place is «SHADY.» My best friend came here after a car accident to get her bumper fixed, and so so so many things went wrong. First of all, they said that she wouldn’t have to pay anything out of her own pocket and they would take care of everything for her. They reassured her she was in good hands and they would take good care of her car as well. HOWEVER, not only did they take forever to fix her bumper, they also tried getting her insurance company to pay more for the damages (which was only the bumper). When that didn’t work, they prolonged it and kept her car in the shop for nearly two months (who knew what else they were doing to it). After she demanded her car back, they finally agreed to give it back to her. The day that I came back in with her, the owner (JAMES THAI) said that she would not have to pay ANYTHING at all and insurance would cover everything. The guy that was initially working on her case was gone. When we asked what happened, the owner wouldn’t tell us. All he could say was that he was bad (sketchy much?). Moreover, we asked to look over the papers that she initially signed and upon reading over the original documents, she found out that someone had FORGED her signature on one of the contracts. After that, JAMES signed a paper stating that my friend would not have to pya $ 0 and even gave her a copy. When she finally got her car back, they called and asked her to pay more. Also, because she had to use a rental car for approximately the 2 months that the car was in the shop, now she has to pay EVEN more. Honestly, I don’t think it takes THAT long for a bumper to be repaired and everything about this business is unethical and unprofessional. Not only did I not get a good vibe from them the first time I came in with my friend, their actions and consequences for my friend also proved to be right. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this place.

I was referred by a friend who had brought there car here and I am so glad that I listened to them. This was my first time having to deal with my insurance company and a collision center so I was a little nervous about the process. I dealt with two guys named Armando and Jimmy. Jimmy was so welcoming when I brought my car in, he shared some of the steps my car would be getting done as well as some of the before and after pictures of some of the vehicles they had just finished. Armando was the go to when it came to my million questions about insurance issues, length of repair etc. If I had a question he would answer it. It was really nice not having to worry about my car because I received constant updates from Armando and the other staff there. When my car was done I received my car back fully detailed… It looked brand new again. I had previously asked Armando about tinting my windows and they were so nice that they had arranged for my windows to be tinted a few days before I picked up my car. So I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. this is now my new go to spot for all my car repairs :-)

Definitely World Class service. Had my break pads and front rotors changed in no time. These guys pay attention to detail and are very informative. they brought me in and pointed out everything that was wrong with my truck (2003 GMC Envoy) thanks again for the car wash World Class, I’ll definitely be back for any future car trouble.

Weird… couldn’t get an estimate over the phone to replace a windshield. They could only do it if I made an appointment to come down. Called 3 other mobile services and they gave me a price and will come to my house to replace my car windshield. I don’t understand how hard it is to give a price to replace a windshield. Sounds like they want to get me there so that I will feel more obligated to get my windshield replaced there.

James and the crew were great getting my rx7 looking like new again. They worked with me and offered me the best customer service and top notch quality parts to restore it back to like new condition. Adello is by far one of the best painters ive come across and im glad he painted my car. If you have a high class luxury vehicle or sports car bring it here.
