Deidre graduated from Yo-San University in 1996. After graduating, she worked with UCLA Study for Addictions on treating cocaine addicts with acupuncture. It was a 20 month study. She has also taught at Yo-San University and Samra University. She has been with Desert Orthopedic Center since 1999. She has worked with Eisenhower Medical Center to complete 3 acupuncture studies. The results were that patients receiving acupuncture after a hip or knee joint replacement pain scores were down 35% on day 1 post op and down by 50% on day 3 post op.
