Westside Pizza is a locally owned, full service Pizzeria with dine in, take– out, and delivery. We make our own dough everyday, real California cheese, and fresh veggies. We have hot/​bbq wings, pasta’s, and fresh salads. We can service any party. A couple of our most sold pizza’s are Death-​By-​Pizza, and Tropical Heat. As for pasta’s the Chicken Alfredo is delicious. We offer great lunch specials and sell pizza by the slice everyday from 11−3pm.

Pizza here sucks. Very bland, hardly any flavor. This was my 2nd time here and both times it was bad. 1st time pizzas were overdone /​burnt and toppings and sauce were barely noticeable. This time same thing. Skimpy toppings and minimal sauce. Was like eating a sponge with cheese on it. When Dominos Pizza is better, that really says something about it. Employees are nice but the rest… no thanks.

This is a really great Pizza place! We had been traveling all day and it really hit the spot. Reasonably priced, friendly, generous toppings. We plan on coming back on our return trip through Redding next weekend!

This was recommended by the lady at the front desk of the Hampton hotel.
She was spot on.
Starting with the person on the phone who was so personable to the delivery person.
Oh and the pizza was outstanding too.
Brought everything needed for a hotel picnic.

Best in Town… Amazing pizza, SPECIALTY PIZZAS are my favorite awesome combination of flavors. BUT Dont dine in, order out. They run the AC non stop freeze us out everytime. Music is horrid and WAY too loud. Employee in the back was singing along, made my ears bleed ruined my dine in experience. Loved the pizza

Okay as far as basic pizza goes but LOTS of dough with relatively few toppings, particularly cheese. Ordered the cheese sticks and cinnamon sticks as well and again lots of dough relative to anything else. Also asked for garlic butter with the cheese sticks but got marinara

Had just got in from Reno at 9:30pm. Showed up at Westside at 9:40, not knowing the closing time. They were super excited to see us, greeted us with enthusiasm, and welcomed us to stay as long as we’d like. The pizza was top notch, and had customer service to match. Thanks for the great experience Ryan! We’ll definitely come back.

We were in town for a wrestling tournament and the team wanted pizza. We called ahead to make sure Wrstside Pizza could accomodate a party of 16. They helpfully suggested we place our order and as soon as we arrived 15 minutes later they brought our 6 pizzas right out. The pizzas were hot and fresh! The crust is the perfect combo of slight crunch when you bite and fluffy inside. The people who helped us were super nice. It might not be much to look at (looks like an old diner) but the quality of the food and service is excellent!

I ordered online. The delivery was very fast and they got the order right. The major problem is that the crust is soft and not cooked all the way. It is like eating raw dough. It made me feel sick.

I’ve been here a few times since it opened since it’s nearby, needless to say it’s just not that special. Recent experience finally made me want to comment on this place. Although the people that work here are very friendly, that isn’t it’s issue. Pizza here comes with cheese on top instead on the base above the sauce. Why this is a major problem is that the pizza basically falls apart in two layers and it also looks like kid made it. The other problem is that their dough is horrible. If they make that in store, then find a new recipe. Too soft and almost like it’s not even cooked. The side cheese sticks or desert bread is the same but it’s just a big let down. If you really know pizza, stay clear away from this place.

First time trying this place after 10 years in Redding. I ordered two medium two topping pizzas for just under $ 20 with their online coupon.
~~Both pizzas had the consistency of a sponge for the dough. There was no difference between the crust, and the rest of the dough of the pizza. One big spongy (not soggy) mess. ZERO crunch on the crust. 1 Star *
~~ For sauce, one pizza was red sauce, the other was their white sauce. The sauce was the highlight. 3 Stars ***
~~ Toppings were average. Red sauce was Canadian bacon + sausage, the white sauce was garlic and jalapeño. Cheese was light. 3 stars ***

After touring through the Pacific North West with my band we were all getting pretty sick of pizza.
We were staying at the Travelodge next door and were in desperate need of food so ventured into Westside Pizza just because the location was so convenient!
We were pleasantly surprised regarding the prices, everything was really reasonable– I ordered the Pesto Pasta for $ 7.95 and the serving was huge! We also all shared their Parmesan Vego pizza.
The food was pretty yummy, nothing to write home about but decent, fresh and a pretty solid choice all up.

I delivered a medium vegetarian pizza to my hotel a couple miles away in the evening during around 7. Mine was a bit more than the average pizza, but I did order a specialty so that’s understandable. They said 45 minutes, so I expected 45 minutes. Guess what it took 45 minutes! The delivery man was nice and the pizza was delicious.
On time and friendly service is always a plus.
Their smallest pizza is a medium, but I was already here so I took it anyway. Totally worth it.
I loved it and I recommend eating here!

UPDATE: Last week there was a mix up with my delivery and the driver accidentally double charged me. I came across this I my credit car statement and went into the store to talk with he manager, Gabe. He couldn’t have been more professional, even though I didn’t have my receipt. He was already aware of the mix up, I had called the day before, and had already figured out what went wrong and had my refund ready for me. He was friendly and apologetic. Great to see a business take care of issues in such a positive manner. Because of this I’ve changed my review to 5 stars!
Went here for the first time yesterday. Friendly service, every staff member was very nice and helpful! The food was delivered hot and fresh. I wouldn’t get the chicken wings again, but the salad and breadsticks were excellent.
I will becoming back again soon!

We decided to try this pizza instead of Shasta Pizza Company (we should’ve just went with our norm) but the reviews for this place ayer so good we had to give it a shot.
I’m a bit confused with the 4 – 5 start reviews. Even the 3 stars. I gave 3 because the employees were wonderful. If I had to rate the pizza I give it a 1 – 2 stars. It taste just like Pizza Hut and I HATE pizza hut. Not enough cheese or toppings. The crust underneath was soggy. The BBQ wings were okay… 10 wings for $ 8+tax not worth it. They didn’t have a BBQ taste though. Those were also soggy/​mushy. We got a large and 10 wings. $ 28. I honestly think I like Little Caesars better. Redding just doesn’t know pizza :(
Great service though. The box says they will refund if you do not like it but you have to give ½ the pizza back. I felt it was a hassle and didn’t want to deal with that. But that’s nice.

Good stuff. Been here a lot. They have gluten free crust which is cool but it’s not amazing and kinda pricey for a medium ($ 14). I like the food but I got bored with the traditional pizza place feel.
The space is fun, old diner feel. Great service, very family friendly and lots of coupons.
Good stuff but It needs a little magic to get me totally hooked.

Delicious pizza and breadsticks. We recommend the homemade garlic butter for the breadsticks.
They definitely have the crust on lock down here. Imagine pizza hut crust but not as greasy and no doubt healthier haha.
BBQ chicken pizza was great but I wish the veggies had been grilled with the chicken because they were molten lava hot when cooked under the cheese and tasted like steamed veggies (eww).
The atmosphere was mellow and the staff moved quickly to get the number of family orders that were placed after ours out in a timely manner.
The best values are the coupons listed on the back of the menu. Carry out is the best but I hear there is a $ 4 2-​slice and drink special that needs to be tried.
Don’t forget you can order ahead… super smart to do so as we watched people flood in one after another here.
Close to the college and universities in Redding. Don’t miss it.

The large Westside pizza was perfect for three hungry hikers. Loooved the crust. Get the breadsticks with garlic butter! You won’t regret it :)
