One Hour Device Repair

This was great! I had dropped my iPhone 6 at Target a few weeks ago. Everywhere I called they would give an attitude and prices where outrages. Now a days, your phone can almost be your life line lol. I phoned One Hour Device Repair, and sure enough it was the best price around. Took my phone for repair and they had it ready for me in about 3 hrs since they where pretty busy. Even so, it was still worth it. My phone was back to its normal looking self, and that made me happy. Many thanks guys :)

They are amazing! They were so helpful, professional and accommodating. They not only recovered all the data for me, transferred it to my new phone and made sure everything was there before I left. Highly recommend this business! They are awesome!

Replaced my broken screen super fast! Also hooked me up with a screen protector! My new go to for repairs– saves me the hassle of the mall.

These guys are Awesome!!. My LG G2 was opening and closing apps on it’s own. I called several places around Puget Sound. Cory said they don’t fix these anymore but I could come in to have it evaluated. There was no charge. After considering several options. I ended up buying a OnePlus X a super phone recommended by Cory. Same price as online and I rather buy a phone locally and from a store I can rely on. If I ever have any phone problems this is were I’ll go. Service is top notch.

I showed up when they were opening and I had a fixed phone in less than an hour! I had a cracked screen for over a year, I wish I would have done this sooner! She was so nice and super fast!

I dropped my I phone in the toilet. Brilliant. I called Cory and he said to come in right away. They took it apart, dried it, worked more magic and my phone was working in 10 minutes! Very nice staff, very knowledgeable, customer service focused. I will for sure come back, but hope it’s not for dropping my phone in the toilet…

These guys were great! I was looking for someone who repairs headphones, actually very difficult to find, I connected with the owner on Unilocal and found that he has an employee, Cory, who claims can fix anything! Well, turns out our headphone problem was a simple auxiliary cord replacement. Cory told me it was a simple purchase at the local Radio Shack and I was on my way. I am very pleased that they were honest and straight forward about the issue. I plan on taking them a laptop that has a shattered screen because Cory can fix anything! I would recommend them to anyone!

This place is awesome. They fixed my phone for free. My iphone 6 was having charging issues where the cable wouldnt snap into the slot. They took a look and fixed it. When I asked how much I owed they said nothing since there were no replacements required. I’m going to cancel my insurance because these guys can fix everything

I wouldn’t come back, but after all I got phone fixed. eventually.
Here’s my story:
I came back FOUR TIMES for these people to get it right. By the third time they had it overnight and kindly gave me a temporary phone for the time being since I needed a phone for work. Come to find out, the mic doesn’t work so none of my clients could hear me when they called me. BIG inconvenience for me. I gave them a call to let them know to call a different number to contact me when my phone was finished. They told me «oh your phone has been ready all day»… Thanks for the heads up! I could’ve gotten it when I was in the area.
Come in later and kindly express my frustration with coming out of my way 4 times and lost clients because of their multiple mistakes. The short man gave no emotion ANY of the times I came in and interrupted me in the middle of my sentence yelled at me to get out of his shop. COMPLETELY disrespectful way to talk to me, mind me, I wasn’t raising my voice, never swore at him. when you work in customer service sir, when you make a mistake, you make it right.
When the owner contacted me he gave me full refund and fixed my phone’s frame and screen (which should’ve been done right the first or second time) I was finally happy. Atif, the owner was awesome, he constantly kept in contact and fixed my phones issue right when I informed him.

One Hour? I don’t think so. Brought in my phone at 1:30, told them I needed to pick it up by 4. They said no problem. I returned at 4, they hadn’t gone anywhere near it. Add to that the general disorganized state of the business, I say go somewhere else. I did.

Professional, courteous staff and affordable service. They were busy so they advised me right away that it would be about two hours instead of the expected one. I had my shattered iPad glass fixed, it works wonderfully and looks great! I went elsewhere for another iPad glass fix, that replacement job was not as clean.

My kid destroyed her cell phone’s screen and the flashlight was locked «on» to boot. You can imagine the horror! How was she expected to survive? It was unfathomable! So we hurried to our T-​Mobile store where, after all, we had damage and phone insurance covering her phone, so we figured it would be an inexpensive fix there. Boy, were we wrong! The guy there said, even with our insurance, it’d cost $ 175 to repair (or perhaps he said it was to replace) her phone. He said this would be our deductible, I believe, and since my kid is paying for this herself with her babysitting money, we both balked at the price. The clerk recommended One Hour Device Repair, saying «A LOT» of their customers «swear by» this repair place, and he said to fix my kid’s phone would cost $ 99 there.

So we trekked to One Hour Repair. From the outside, it looked «sketchy» (I love that word!): non-​descript, the building run down, beside a flooring store. Inside there were a few young adults seated at a long counter, working on cell phones. The gal who got up to greet us was super friendly, assuring us the my kid’s phone would be ready in an hour and cost $ 99. And when we returned, exactly one hour later to the dot, sure enough, the phone was totally fixed! Like new. Fixed like new. The guy who we picked up the phone from was also super nice and he put a new protective glass sheet on the phone and gave my kid a bit of a deal on it (as he heard she was paying for this herself). Nice people and great service. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Great local company. I had dropped and cracked my glass on my 5s. They fixed it within an hour. My glass just blanked out approximately a month later. The company replaced the glass with no charge within 45 min. Good service and they back up their work. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

These guys are the best. I would have given more than 5* if I had the option to do so. Great service.

When the new screen shattered a few hours later, they fixed it again even though it was not covered under their warranty.

I just walked out of the store. They fixed my water damaged iPhone 6 Plus in less than 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable technician, very friendly service. And the best part is they didn’t charge me a penny because it’s no parts were replaced. Today is definitely my lucky day. The luckiest thing is that I walked into this store.

No complaints — they were very busy when I walked in but let me know in advance it would be about 1 hour 15 mins. They verified they had the part before I left them to it. Were done on time and exactly as quoted.
I would use them again and if I have any issues with the screen I will be sure to update this review.

I walked in with my iPhone 5. I could have waited for it. They are that fast. As it was I went to get some lunch. When I came back it was done. The screen works like it is a new phone.
The price was very fair. Much lower than I had been quoted at other places.
I also have to rave about the service. They are so nice. It was a pleasure to work with them.

Great Find!!! My iphone had an unfortunate run in with a parking lot and was totally shattered! I called around and was excited they could fix my phone in under an hour and for a great price! I rushed right in and within 15minutes my phone was good as new and my wallet still happy!

They are the cheapest and fastest tech repair I’ve ever had the pleasure of using. Brought my cracked ipad air and they fixed it in an hour for $ 89. A great deal and great customer service. I like that they finished it so quickly so that I wouldn’t have to make a return trip on another day.
