It Is Vapor

I have been a customer of this shop for over a year and it has really gone down hill. They switched to a cheaper version of the kanger coils and they didn’t work for me. I tried to return them today and they said they don’t accept returns. I have spent a lot of money at this store but will be taking my business elsewhere. Another lost customer because of cheap products and crappy service. Bye bye.

I’ve been going to It Is Vapor for a while now and their customer service is great! I had purchased a new vape a couple months ago and had issues with both the tank and the battery. Each time I had any issues, they exchanged it with a brand new model without question. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Don’t believe any of these fake reviews! They are all bull. They pay you to leave a great review and if you noticed they all sound the same! Customer service is horrible I went in and got zero help and this pen that I had interest in was way over priced ! I suggest you stay far away from theses people! false advertisement, if you want to pay an outrageous amount of money go here ! But if you want to save I would rather go to vibes or Skyzone because they know what customer service is all about ! I’m leaving two stars only because I want this review to stay posted !!

Selection is very limited, selling only their in house and Chinese import.
Of their in house the flavor is bland, and sold at a premium price. Their in house is also not blended well and you must shake it well yourself.
Customer service is sub par, it took nearly 5 min before even being greeted.
Location is awkward in an office building, where you have to go through multiples doors and hallways to get to the back sales area.
I’m better off buying my juice at a gas station.

It is Vapor is the best vapor store on the peninsula. Not only are the staff extremely knowledgable and helpful, they have some of the best customer service a customer could ask for. I walked into that store being a smoker for 8 years, not knowing anything about vapor. They educated me on all the ins and outs and I left the store feeling like a pro. Thank you!

I love this place. They are so helpful and have the best customer service. Their prices are good and their store front is always clean and presentable. They have a great staff that all work together as a team. I’m a difficult customer because I have a hard time making up my mind and they always help me figure out what products will be the best for my needs, weighing out all the pros and cons. It feels like they genuinely care about helping me quit smoking cigarettes. I’ve never been pressured into up sales and always walk out feeling like I got the best bang for my buck.

I have been in here a bunch of times and the guys who work here are always great, very helpful and knowledgeable, and they go the extra mile to provide amazing service. You can tell john, Merle, and kyle are passionate about there products they sell and they want to share that passion. I am writing this review because of some excellent service I received one day that went above and beyond. They were closing the store and I came in and the took the time to make sure I get exactly what I needed even tho it meant that they were going to stay late. Those guys are great! Once again, John, Merle, and Kyle are friendly, knowledgeable and do what ever it takes to make sure the customer is taken care of, with amazing attitudes, they treat you like you are a friend of theirs.

Used to go here a lot out of convenience. Not any more. Selection aint all that. They mainly sell their inhouse brand which quite frankly is bleh. You guys obviously aren’t smoking your own juice else you would know it aint all that.
They also carry Cosmic Fog and 5 Pawns.
I give it two stars, one for convenient location and another for being easy to work with after purchasing my first pen there, which battery broke.
I’m dripping now, and looking for more complex flavors and selection… and just dont find that here.

This is my «go to» vape store. They have a decent selection of vaporizers and juices. The customer service here is great. The staff is very freindly and they will help out when you run into any technical issues with your mods. Like wicking/​wrapping coils. Low ohms set-​ups. Prices are the no higher than any other walk-​in vape store. Also, they give you a free energy drink with your purchase. When you leave, you get the feeling that they really want to keep their customers happy.

I would recommend going elsewhere. I primarily browse Unilocal and don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience here, I thought I’d give others fair warning. This review will cover two visits to this store.
My first visit was solid. I wish I remember the employees name that helped me. He provided a ton of information, was courteous and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. Ended up buying a battery, charger and a bunch of flavors. I intended on going back to have him help me build a custom setup and some coils and tanks for my other setup as we discussed.
I get home and try to use the battery, but it doesn’t work. Figure I’ll charge it overnight. Charged it overnight, and tried to use it, but it was a no go, just got ridiculously hot within seconds. So hot, I was concerned. So I took it out, and tried a couple more times over the next few days. Nope, same thing.
So i head back, figure I’d explain about the battery, and get the new setup built and grab the coils and tanks for the setup I’d been using. The girl that helps me takes the battery, checks it out, connects it to what looks like a volt meter, and tells me the machine doesn’t register anything from the battery, and that the manager will help me.
Manager walks up. I explain the situation. He connects the battery to the machine, and tells me I must have drained the battery to the point where it is dead, nonchargeable, broken. Uh, right? I reiterate that I couldn’t even use the battery from the get go. He essentially says, I heard what you said, «but I’ve seen this before, and I’ve even run my own battery down to the point where it doesn’t work anymore, but the best I could do is sell you another battery at half price» Makes no sense, so you can’t charge a rechargeable battery because you used it? Ok. Essentially he sold me a DEFECTIVE piece of merchandise, and tries to tell me it was good and my use broke it. What a load. I didn’t even use it, because IT NEVER WORKED!
Either way, I’ll take my money elsewhere. His loss on a good sale and repeat customer. It seems like most of the negative reviews are for defective merch as well. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

This place is awesome!
I have to admit that I’m very new to the e-​cig market and find the whole thing a bit intimidating, since I know absolutely nothing about the topic. I bought a e-​cig from a friend, but, for the life of me couldn’t get it to work. After days of trying, I accepted the fact I had to overcome the «intimidation» factor and head to a smoke shop.
What on earth was i so afraid of?
The employees of ItIs Vapor are beyond welcoming and knowledgeable.
They fixed my cig, cleaned and explained everything to work and maintain my device. I admit hat there was a few things over my head, but they took the time to explain things to me several times til everything finally sunk in. They also gave me an open invitation to call if I have any new questions or forget any of the knowledge dropped on me from the last visit.
Love this place!

After a few years of shopping at this place. I finally decided to write a review.
This place is the benchmark/​epitome of customer service. I live in Daly City, and am wiling to make the drive to go here and get all my vaping supplies and goodies.
One of my past experiences with them: I lost my protank seals down the sink while washing it out. Then brought it to them and planned to just have to buy a whole new protank. Instead the girl (forgot her name but a really cool chick) offers to save me the 25 bucks and just threw in some new seals for my current protank with the juices I bought.
Then today, leaving the store with a bag full of goodies. While in the store, I open a new aero tank that im going to buy so I can fill with some juice. Glass looks a little funny and has some sort of smudging on the inside, I make a comment about it. Paul WITHOUT HESITATION or me having to ask opens 2 more brand new sealed packages just to find one without the weird smudging for me. Not to mention dealing with my indecisiveness of what color v2 spinner to get. I mean if that isn’t customer service then I don’t know what is.
I can’t say enough good things about this place!!!

This was the very first vape store that I had visited, and I would go here quite often along with 1 other store, until vape shops started popping up every like Starbucks. Since newer shops opened closer to me without over priced products, I hadn’t been to this location is months, but wanted to see what they had and support their shop. Every time I’ve been in to this shop and called, I always was given good customer service. But, after my last experience I will NEVER return. I called a couple days before about a battery advertised on their website, lower than anywhere, but was sold out online, so I called to ask if their online prices were the same as in store before driving 25 mins. When I got there the guy who helped me was friendly and gave me good customer service, and also told me the price of the website is the same as in the store. I showed him THEIR WEBSITE and THEIR price and he went to ask a manager so I can get that price, but instead of not getting that price the manager had an attitude the whole time, saying that I was wrong and wasn’t looking at their website, the guy who helped me told her I was and it was theirs and he seen it, so she looks it up and with an attitude says the website is wrong with an attitude. Great customer service from a manager and false advertising, and when I got home later that night, they updated the price on their website.
I will NEVER return here, I’d rather spend less money and not waste my time and gas, and parking sucks and more than often all you will find is metered parking, so make sure you bring lots of change if you must go here.
I rated it 2 stars only because, the guy helping me did his job, and was friendly. If he didn’t I would wish to give this place NEGATIVE stars.

I’ve been a few times to this location but felt now ill review it since I’ve been to others. Besides the parking not being great this is good spot. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They let you sample the products which is nice. I use the 0 so it’s really just like a hookah but with no tobacco. I was hoping my husband who does smoke would catch on but sadly he did not. My favorite flavors: banana but bread, honey dew and peach. My photo below should say NO TOBACCO

Now I’m a little more knowledgeable about vaping — and yes, I’ve been off the death sticks since writing the first review. This place is still pretty awesome. I’m totally obsessed with their Peach Ice flavor. I also recommend Uncle Junk’s Monica’s Eyes (which looks beautiful in a clear tank and tastes like heaven). I come here mainly for the juice now.
YES, you can get cheaper gear elsewhere, but you’re paying extra to support the brick and mortar stores — which are super important because they provide an accessible way for curious smokers to find out information, ask questions, see products in person, and make the switch. The staff are helpful and I always walk out of here with a free energy drink. Not bad.

My friend introduced me to this vapor store, and I also purchased my very first vapor cig at this store. The employees are very helpful, and they let you smoke some sample flavors too. On my last visit, they gave me a free energy drink after I purchased some items.
***I highly recommend to purchase any vapor liquids that are made in the USA because they’re purified. Don’t buy any liquids that are manufactured from China because they’re garbage and taste like industrial chemicals and rat piss.

OMG try the 5 pawns brand. Bowdens Mate is my fav. Chocolate with mint! AND Queenside: blood oranges, cream and delicious! My desert!

I gotta say I’m extremely impressed with this place. Every time I go into the business I’m greeted right away. Everyone is professional and I definitely recommend this place to a lot of my friends.
Me and my friends were sitting in their lounge. The owner came in and he took time out of his busy schedule to talk to us. I was surprised at this because usually you’ll see the owner running around trying to get stuff done but this guy​.no. He makes sure his customers are satisfied as soon as they walk through the door.
I have to say every time I come into this business I am never disappointed and I do not have a problem spending my money here. They deserved and earned my 5 stars.
